There is one king-size bedroom serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Outside there is a enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, storage, furniture, off-road parking for 1 car, and additional roadside parking. There is an EV charger at the property which can be used between the hours of 11:30pm and 5:30am at a cost of £15 per week Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
