This bright, 51-square-metre apartment is ideal for couples, solo travellers and families with children aged 3 and up. The apartment is located on the first floor (above ground) and has a private entrance that is accessible via one flight of stairs (13 steps) from the main road.

The stylish, open living space is designed for comfort with a sofa bed, 43-inch HD smart TV, writing desk, dining area and two large sea-facing windows. The newly installed, high-end kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances (invisible undercounter induction cooktop with vented hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster oven) and is well-stocked with cookware, dishes and basic cooking supplies - plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The apartment also features a convenient 2-in-1 washer/dryer and a guest library with literary works by past winners of the Lerici Pea Gulf of Poets Prize, as well as the historic poets who frequented Lerici over the centuries.

This apartment does not have private parking. We will be happy to give your information on public parking in Lerici. If you are arriving by car, we can obtain permission for you to enter the limited traffic zone (ZTL) to load/unload your bags closer to the apartment. The apartment is very easy to reach by public transportation.

The beach supplies available in the apartment include a beach umbrella, beach blanket, beach towels and sand toys, but no snorkelling gear.

All guests are required by Italian law to provide ID and passport information to hosts (to be forwarded to the local police). We will request this information one week before your arrival.

All guests staying in Lerici are required to pay the Lerici Tourist Tax (l'imposta di soggiorno): €3.00 per guest per night (up to a maximum of five nights). This tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Children up to the age of 11 are exempt).
