Robert, thank you for your 5-star review! I am glad your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Sanibel 303.

Thank you for your perfect 10-star rating and for your feedback! We’re glad you had a relaxing and memorable stay at the beach. Sea turtle protection is a top priority in our area, and during nesting season, local regulations require minimizing light, noise, and other disturbances after dusk. While some pool lighting is permitted, these guidelines are in place to protect the nesting environment along our shoreline. We provide a starter supply of essentials—including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, and many other items—to help guests get settled. As noted in our listing, additional supplies may be needed for longer stays like yours.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m so glad Sanibel 303 was a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the extra touches like the beach towels, coolers, and chairs. I try to make sure everything you need for a relaxing beach stay is right at your fingertips. Hope to welcome you back soon!

Amy, Thank you for staying at Sanibel 303! I am happy that you enjoyed your stay. Best Wishes, MaryAnn

Thank you for your 5-star review! I'm so glad to hear your trip to Daytona was another success. One of the things guests really love about Sanibel 303 is the perfect balance it offers—a quiet, oceanfront escape where you can truly relax, yet still be just a short drive from the excitement of Daytona Beach, the charm of historic St. Augustine, and the attractions of Orlando. Whether you're here to unwind by the waves or explore the best of Central Florida, I hope Sanibel 303 continues to be your go-to home base. Looking forward to hosting you again!

Carl, I am glad you enjoyed your stay! The balcony is amazing with soft and comfortable loungers. It's easy to fall asleep there - day and night!

Kathy, thank you for choosing Oceanfront Sanibel 303. It has, indeed, been a long wait for you and others with COVID. Glad the world has opened up again and that you were able to celebrate and enjoy. Please visit again soon. Kind Regards, MaryAnn

Gina, Thank you for staying at Sanibel 303! I had the entire condo repainted after you left and made some additional improvements. You are welcome to visit anytime. Kind Regards, MaryAnn

Dear John, The condo is always super clean - that's the only way I like it! The beach home is right on top of the ocean and close to activities, restaurants, and shops. You are welcome to visit anytime. Best Wishes, MaryAnn

Dave, thank you for choosing Sanibel 303. The dolphins are a regular treat - they love the warm and clean water. I am glad you, too, enjoyed watching the oceanfront excitement from your balcony!

Thank you for your thoughtful review of my beach home, Oceanfront Sanibel 303! I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. One of the things my guests love most about my property is the unobstructed oceanfront views—there’s nothing quite like starting the day with coffee and a stunning sunrise over the ocean or ending the day with a glass of wine on the. I’m so glad you were able to experience that! It means a lot to me that you found my condo clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I take great pride to ensure everything is just right for each guest, and I’m always available to help for a stress-free vacation from start to finish. You are welcome back anytime for a peaceful, fully equipped beach escape with spectacular views, a beautiful new pool and hot tub, and personal, attentive service.

Kristie, thank you for the 5-star rating. Look forward to you visiting again soon.

Thank you for your 5-star review. Even after owning this property for 1.5 years, I still find the view absolutely breathtaking. So happy you enjoyed your vacation and would love to have you stay again. Kind Regards, MaryAnn

Thank you for choosing my beach place for your romantic vacation! Fall and Winter are perfect times for couples to celebrate their time together. Glad your stay exceeded expectations and I hope to welcome you back again soon. - MaryAnn

Marcus, our pool deck will be open next month - not next year! Thank you for being such great guests. Look forward to your return.

I am glad you enjoyed the ocean view, convenient access to the pool and beach, comfortable balcony furniture and updated appliances. Aside from the two lightbulbs that needed to be replaced, which were promptly addressed during your stay, I was disappointed to learn of your concerns for the first time in your review after checkout. All guests are asked to contact me upon arrival, or at any point during their stay, so that any issues can be addressed promptly. I take great pride in being responsive and would have gladly worked to resolve these concerns during your stay had I been made aware of them. Since they were not brought to my attention, I did not have the opportunity to address them during your visit.

Teresa, I understand you are dissatisfied that the damage deposit was withheld in VRBO. There are only two reasons why this occurred. First, you violated the no-pet policy by having your dog reside on Sanibel property during your stay. Second, your dog caused significant damage to multiple areas of the property. There are no other reasons why the deposit was held. Your balcony claims are absolutely false. There are no safety issues regarding balconies at the Sanibel. I would like to add that 52 guests have stayed at my condo before you did. They have all provided 5-Star ratings and they also earned outstanding guest ratings from me for being respectful of property. You are the only guest that violated policy and damaged property. You are also the only guest that has ever had a damage deposit held. In fact, the repair costs and Sanibel Association fines far exceed the amount of your deposit.
