Welcome to Calming Tides 902, your luxury Oceanfront condo at the newly built Aruba Condominiums. From the moment you step inside, you will find yourself in the lap of luxury. We know that while vacationing, just as important as a nice stroll on the beach is a good night rest. All beds at Calming Tides feature only the best mattresses, pillows and down comforters, including Boll & Branch sheets. The spacious 4 bedroom unit also features 3 bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and a beautiful living area where you can enjoy each other’s company or just stretch out and take a nap with the nice ocean breeze. Staying at this beachfront condo was an absolute dream. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with sweeping ocean views that instantly put you at ease. The large private balcony make it feel like the beach is truly part of your living space—perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise or unwinding with the sound of the waves in the evening.The condo itself is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated without feeling overdone. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and it had all the comforts of home (and then some). The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail—from soft linens to high-end finishes—did not go unnoticed.One of the standout features is the location. You’re steps from the sand, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet it still feels peaceful and private. Whether you want a quiet escape or a more active beach vacation, it’s the perfect home base.The hosts clearly take pride in the experience they provide—communication was smooth, check-in was effortless, and everything exceeded expectations.If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway right on the beach, this condo is truly special. This location and property was wonderful! We were there for our daughter’s wedding and loved the condo, location, views etc! I cannot recommend it enough to future renters. The attention to detail and amenities were just wonderful!

We LOVED staying here!!! They supplied everything except food and clothe!!’ This condo is amazing! The beds are extremely comfortable along with the bedding (including pillows)! Jason, the owner, was very quick to reply to any of my messages. The views were amazing! It was the best condo we have EVER stayed at. We plan to return next year or so!!!

It was a great place to vacation Everything was well stocked and equipped from paper towels to coffee. We are looking to go back next year. The only negative out of the host control was there is no bathroom near pool without going into building and using a key to access it in gym. Very inconvenient especially if you have small children.

Excellent Property

What a beautiful condo. The views are stunning. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for all our guests. We have stayed in this building a few other times in different units and this was by far the nicest one. We will definitely stay here again. Jason was a great host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

We absolutely loved our stay at Calming Tides. The condo was beautiful, modern, clean and was well stocked with everything you would need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The host was also super nice and was very responsive. We enjoyed this condo so much, and you will not regret booking it!

A Perfect Short Weekend Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit provided plenty of space and we especially appreciated the quality and comfort of all the beds, linens, towels, etc. The location was perfect for our family and the views from the balcony did not disappoint. Amazing Stay!

I had an excellent experience with the property manager and the cleanliness was exceptional! Decorated well, and everything we needed for us there! We will definitely vacation here again! Easy access to the beach and all amenities for our beach time were available to use as well! I can’t say enough good about this property and it’s management team!

Through the help of My Brother Eric and My Forever Kari (I just can't get her to say I do - maybe put in a good word for me in your review - lol) we have entered into this with a passion to offer a setting that will help to create a lifetime of memories for all that choose to provide us the opportunity to host them.

We approached Calming Tides as if we were building our dream home. We wanted it to be an oasis that we would cherish visiting and always long to return to. Every piece of furniture chosen, every painting hung and every pillow placed was done to create a warm and comfortable feel in a luxurious setting.
