Everything is on one level, making it fully accessible and easy to navigate—ideal for guests of all ages. You`re just a short walk to the local shop, a quick drive to Lerwick town centre, and a stone’s throw from scenic walks and sandy beaches.

The house is ideally located with a local convenience store just a minute’s walk away, Staney Hill for easy countryside strolls within five minutes, and both a Co-op supermarket and Clickimin sports centre reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes. By car, you can be in Lerwick town centre and museum in just five minutes, or exploring Tingwall lochs, Scalloway’s harbour and castle, and the sandy beach at Sound within 10 minutes. St Ninian’s Isle is a short hop away at around 25 minutes’ drive, while Sumburgh Head with its puffins is about 40 minutes away.

☞ You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
☞ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay.
