Overpriced and Outdated

Condo is outdated for the price you pay.there were palmetto bugs in the unit.The HVAC unit quit working and there was issues with the toilet. I would not stay here again for the price.

Peaceful vacation spot.

We have never stayed off the ocean but it was just the two of us this time so we decided to give it a go. Pawleys Plantation is such a peaceful place! We could be on the beach in Pawleys Island in 5 minutes. We loved walking and riding bikes inside the neighborood every day. The views of the marsh in the evening were beautiful. Pawleys has great places to eat. We drove to Myrtle twice and it wasn't a bad drive. The fan on the microwave needs to be replaced. The condo could also use a measuring cup. PS... the neighbors are very friendly. Everyone stops to speak.

Great location

The condo was in a great location and was spacious enough for our needs. The condo was comfortable but fairly dated; some simple maintenance like painting and new flooring in the bedrooms would really improve it.

Relaxing Vacation

We loved the golf resort and everything was so wonderful. I called to book the place like 6 months ago and every time I spoke with someone in the office they were so helpful and made me feel like I had been coming to the resort for years. I would say most places could care less if they are nice and helpful with your reservations, but the ladies I spoke to every time was so nice and called me by my first name like we were best friends. I love that because I am friendly and I felt like no matter how many times I had called they were so happy that I did! WOW is all I can say! great customer service! And the golf course was immaculate and the grounds crew were so nice and helpful with any questions we had. We definitely will be back to stay at Pawleys Plantation. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

Great location and excellent community

The bed was hard a rock and I prefer one that’s soft, but that’s a personal preference. The home could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint. I had to go pick up the pool key at office so a bit inconvenient. Also the pool we had access too is old and in full shade all day. With all that said we loved the location. We played a round of golf and enjoyed the peace and quiet as we enjoyed the rear deck every evening watching others play.

Wedding weekend stay!

We stayed here for the weekend of our daughter's wedding in Murrell's Inlet. The condo was beautiful and in close proximity to everywhere we needed to be. Pawley's Plantation is quiet, secluded, gated and very relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

Kicking back at Roxies on Pawleys.

Roxies on Pawley's was very nice and plenty of room for a family of four. Pawleys Island Beach was only 15 minutes away and by far better than paying to go to beach at Huntingdon State Park. My reccomendation would be to get there no later than 9:30 or trouble parking. Very quiet peaceful beach. The condo was in very nice shape and the showers had good pressure and hot water. The screened in porch was very relaxing at night. We used the pool one day and that was very nice as well. Not overcrowded at all. We got to see a couple Aligators on the course ponds and a few raccoons running around at night. Good for the animal lover. Weather was very nice all week 80 to 85. . Golf Course was closed for rennovation and everyday was waking up at 6:15 to machinery and refurbishing the 10th hole. Just luck of the draw , I would definately go back to this condo as this was not the owners fault and probably no knowledge of the rennovation week. This is a nice place for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway away from the Myrtle Beach hustle and bustle. Quaint and relaxing.

Loved the condo and area

Overall wonderful! I would suggest either getting rid of kitchen and bathroom mats or get new ones..yuck. you might want to let people know there is going to be noise early mornings when the machines come out to groom the golf course. Kitchen cookware in need of updates and additions. We had to have our entry code switched mid stream and the code we were provided didnt work so were were stuck outside with groceries and with guests arriving. Thankfully when I called the problem was rectified quickly...great customer service. It would have been nice to have the pool open with some of the hot days...also we had to hunt for the pool key...might be nice to leave it out in the open. These are meant to be suggestions not complaints...just left this morning and already miss it.

The property was absolutely fabulous ! We loved the place we stayed and the area ! We will be back . I placed a call to schedule again left a message and no return call (disappointed ).

No hot water

Hot water quit working day before check out.

Lovely community. Good responses from staff. My sons family fully enjoyed, with exception of loss of hot water. To be fair, a hot water heater fails without notice.

Girls vacation trip

Nice condo, clean with fresh linens. Reasonably price. Pool was nice and a good size for the complex, but could have used vacuuming to clear leaves and sand out of pool.

This was a perfect spot for my family and our friends. We were 8min from the beach and close to everything else we needed. Will definitely look into renting it again for next year.

Our Stay and First time with Peace Vacations

So renting with Peace was easy and great. The staff was pleasant. Now the condo we rented was very clean but , there were a few things I had to mention because of the money we spent. The cooking bowls and platters were dirty I had to wash , maybe just a overlook , they were greasy and food stuck. The towel rack in master bathroom was really loose I couldn't hang my towel and the second bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and loose also . The screen porch a golf ball must of hit the screen but it was patched with paper towels . All the molding in the place was extremely chipped. So the furniture was in good shape and the place was clean. Just thought those things should of been fixed. I also called over a week ago to talk to manager on this as I did not want to post these issues never received a call back . The girl said they would. There was also water spots on the ceiling near kitchen table. Again we had a great vacation but , paying for the vacation those items should of been addressed as that condo represents Peace Vacations.
