Villa Fortuna is a spacious, newly renovated 95 square metre, four-bedroom home with gorgeous pool, outside bbq area and gazebos set among olive trees, in the beautiful countryside next to Ceglie Messapica.

The country house has been renovated over the last four years by Jamie and Sarah with love and a lot of patience!

The house is easily accessible, minutes away from the white stone foodie town of Ceglie Messapica, but also close to Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo & the coast.

Villa Fortuna sits in the peaceful countryside, 3 km from the beautiful historic centre of Ceglie with lovely shops, bars and restaurants, the town centre is less than a 10 minute drive away.

Perfect for families or groups looking for a space to unwind and enjoy Puglia’s slower pace of life.

The villa offers four large air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms:
• Bedroom 1 – Super-king (200 cm) with ensuite
• Bedroom 2 – Super-king (200 cm) with ensuite
• Bedroom 3 – King (180 cm)
• Bedroom 4 – King (180 cm)

Inside you’ll find a gorgeous, bright open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. Outside, relax around your private pool, take some shade under the pool pergola, or enjoy the shaded dining gazebo and terrace. You can look forward to firing up the BBQ for long summer evenings.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, gardens, pool, outside BBQ area, and roof terrace which is wonderful for sunsets with a fabulous view of the village. Please note that the roof terrace is strictly for adults only, no children allowed! There’s secure, free on-site parking and easy road access from Ceglie Messapica.

We are very lucky that whilst we are not in Italy a family from Ceglie Messapica manage and look after the house. If you have any queries during your stay Antonio Ciraci will be on hand to help you, he or another family member will also meet you at the house on your arrival.

As this is our first year hosting, we wanted to keep our pricing fair and approachable, so that guests can enjoy the villa and everything it offers at a really appealing rate, we hope you enjoy it as much as we have during the renovation process.

Please also note there is a tourist tax of €2 per person over 8 years old, per day for a maximum of 5 days, which is the tourist tax imposed by the country. This can only be paid in cash and will be collected on arrival.
