Location, comfort of unit, spacious, scenery, bed extremely comfortable, amenities, all excellent! Under the bed was extremely dusty/dirty. Items from previous stays were collected under bed.

Hi Michelle, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location, comfort, spaciousness and amenities of the unit — especially the bed! We sincerely apologise for the dust and items found under the bed. This falls below our standards, and we have already addressed it with our housekeeping team to ensure a thorough clean is completed and the area is checked properly moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time.

Outstanding artwork

Loved the apartment, wonderful artworks and location. But, so that kitchen lacked minimal supplies such as teabags and sugar. And milk. Also hand soap on bathrooms were missing.
