Slate flooring and shuttered windows add to the old English charm of the lounge, furnished with a wood burner, ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV for restful evenings in. In the kitchen, a welcome pack filled with Cornish treats invites you to tuck in before moving through to the dining room-turned-snug, where you’ll find additional soft seating and another TV. A shower room is also located on this floor. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms is comfortable, stylish and individually designed. The largest boasts an en-suite bathroom complete with a luxurious copper slipper bath. Outside, steps lead to an elevated, fully enclosed lawn and a patio area with outdoor seating and a built-in BBQ – ideal for sunny days and starry nights. There’s also private parking for one car.
Take advantage of the property’s small garage for storing surfboards and bicycles, and dive into the abundance of outdoor adventures just beyond your doorstep. Visit Trebarwith Strand (4.5 miles), a glorious sandy beach with lifeguard cover and waters popular with wild swimmers and surfers. Further along the South West Coast Path, explore the atmospheric medieval ruins of Tintagel Castle (5.5 miles) and the romantic harbour village of Boscastle (8 miles).
