This welcoming holiday home sits on a popular park in Freshwater East, just 150 metres from a stunning, dune-backed sandy beach – perfect for paddling, sandcastles or simply soaking up the sea air. You’ll also be just steps from the famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path, ideal for scenic coastal strolls. A short drive away, history and charm await in Pembroke (4 miles), home to the imposing medieval Pembroke Castle. Or head to Manorbier (7 miles), a classic coastal village with a quaint Norman castle and a wide sandy beach framed by dramatic cliffs. At Stackpole Quay (2.5 miles), follow the coastal path through sand dunes and pine woodland to reach the gorgeous Barafundle Bay (2.5 miles). Families will also love nearby Heatherton World of Activities and Manor Wildlife Park, where kids can get hands-on with farmyard animals (both 8 miles away).
Step up to the front door and into a handy porch with space to leave coats and sandy shoes after you’ve been on the beach. You’ll have a ground-floor shower room so you can easily pop in to rinse off salt and sand. Across the hall, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for meal prep, including a Tassimo coffee machine for your morning brew. The open-plan lounge and dining area is made for sociable stays, with plenty of comfy sofa space, a dining table for six and a Smart TV with cable channels. A games console and a selection of games are also provided to keep you all entertained. Upstairs, you’ll have a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, alongside a double bedroom and a twin. There’s also a stylish family bathroom with both a bath and a shower up here.
