From the private parking area (there’s room for two cars), make your way to this two-floor apartment. Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by an inviting open-plan living space. Sink in the plush sofa and take in the light-filled ambiance and the contemporary-styled decor. When it’s time to eat, head to the sleek kitchen area to cook up some dinner, and then share it at the chic dining table. Afterwards, pour yourself a glass of wine and stretch out on a sofa in the living area to catch up on your favourite TV shows. Although there’s no outdoor space, you can always stroll through the vibrant market town of Holt, which boasts a variety of pubs, shops and cafes,and the Holt Country Park is a short walk away. You’ll also have easy access to the North Norfolk coastline, where you’ll find plenty of family-friendly beaches.
