You’ll be surrounded by stunning walks, including the dramatic Valley of the Rocks and the cliff walk. Lynton is a vibrant town offering many pubs, tearooms and restaurants. Have a night out in the quaint cinema that has only 68 seats. Take the water-powered funicular railway down into Lynmouth and stroll around the independent shops and art galleries, enjoy a meal at one of the many eateries or walk along the river down to Watersmeet through ancient woods. Other places to visit include North Devon's award-winning beaches, which include Woolacombe and Croyde. Both are within 24 miles and have beautiful sandy beaches and are well known for surfing the waves and other water sports.

As you step into this sweet little cottage, you will enjoy relaxing on the sofa at the end of a busy day. Cook yourself a meal in the open-plan lounge/kitchen and dine in front of the Smart TV watching a favourite movie or box set. Throw open the French doors on a sunny day to the patio and enjoy a tipple in this peaceful area. The bedroom is fitted with luxurious bedding and an en-suite shower with a lovely large walk-in shower and WC. There is off-road parking for 1 car.

Outside, there are two areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Fire up the BBQ to dine outside on the lovely warm evenings.
