The spacious property welcomes six guests and makes a fantastic base for large families and groups of friends looking to explore the Isle of Wight’s beautiful east coast. The property enjoys a central location, providing easy access to the town’s excellent selection of shops and eateries, as well as the idyllic Shanklin Chine, which leads down to the esplanade and sandy beach. The area is a paradise for walkers, with the Isle of Wight Coast Path passing through the town, giving access to 68 miles of dramatic clifftop tracks. The vibrant coastal town of Ventnor is just 4 miles away and makes a lovely day out, with its pretty beach, stunning botanic gardens, and popular fish and chip shops. Nearby attractions include Blackgang Chine, Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, and Adgestone Vineyard (all within 10 miles).
The luxurious holiday home has its own, private entrance. Just off the hallway is a sleek shower room, and heading further along the hallway, you’ll reach the main living area. This bright, sociable space features gorgeous parquet flooring, a relaxing colour scheme, and an array of stylish furniture and accessories. At one end is a fabulous kitchen area for whipping up delicious meals for the group, which you can share at the large, wooden dining table. At the opposite end of the room, you’ll find a cosy lounge area with sumptuous seating arranged around a Smart TV. This level is also home to two inviting king-size bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower room and Smart TV. The remaining bedroom is downstairs and has a bespoke bunk bed that’s ideal for children and an en-suite shower room. This room has a trundle bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating a total of three extra guests if required.
Outside, relax in the enclosed, shared outside space, soaking up the sunshine on the loungers. You’ll also have access to a whole host of shared facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, and cinema/games room. Private parking is available for two cars. Please note, the holiday home is reached via an unmade road.
