Nestled in the conservation area of the hamlet of Woolage Green in the Kent countryside, just a short drive from Canterbury, this idyllic location offers a retreat for those seeking peace and natural beauty. Surrounded by rolling fields, woodlands and picturesque lanes, this is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling and exploring scenic landscapes. The North Downs Way National Trail runs along the edge of the village 0.25 mile from the property. Visit the nearby city of Canterbury (10 miles), with its magnificent cathedral, medieval architecture and vibrant cultural scene. Other nearby attractions include: Kent coastline - Deal (10 miles), Whitstable (15 miles), beaches of Thanet (15 miles), Walmer and Dover castles (10 miles), iconic White Cliffs of Dover (10 miles), medieval Sandwich and its world famous golf courses (7 miles). Enjoy a round of golf at Broome Park (1 mile) or a day trip to France via Dover Port (10 miles) or Eurotunnel (17 miles).
Step inside this charming holiday home and into the welcoming hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and boots before heading into the open plan kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you may need for serving up delicious family meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for all. After dinner, retreat to the adjoining conservatory for post dinner drinks or gather the family together for an evening of board games as the sun sets in the distance. The spacious lounge also adjoins the dining area and is a light and bright space with dual aspect windows, patio doors into the garden and plenty of seating for all the family around the Smart TV - perfect for catching up on your favourite programmes. After a busy day exploring the local area, head off to one of the four comfortable bedrooms on offer: a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room, a king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into a twin on request) and a bunk room. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom.
Heading outside, the garden surrounds the property and offers fantastic rural views. Split into two levels, there is a patio with table and chairs on the lower level and the lawned area of the garden is accessed by steps or a slope. Here you will find a delightful, covered seating area - perfect for enjoying on cooler evenings with a glass of fizz or a book.
