Offering ample space for ten guests, the property is perfect for get-togethers and special occasions, and features a welcoming wood burner, a soothing hot tub, exposed brickwork, a lovely freestanding bath and extensive grounds. With five spacious bedrooms and stylishly decorated living areas, this elegantly furnished hideaway is ideally situated for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers discovering an idyllic part of Cheshire and Wrexham.
Entering this characterful property, the spacious lounge has a Smart TV, ample seating and a wood burner set in a stone surround. At the heart of the house is the beautiful open-plan kitchen/diner, featuring a handsome central dining table, additional island and a wealth of equipment, storage and workspace. There’s further space to unwind in the quiet snug, and the ground floor also has a utility room and small study. Upstairs, there’s a choice of five bright and colourful bedrooms: two super-king-size, one king-size and two twins; two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and there’s also a refreshing main bathroom. Stepping outside, the property is surrounded by ten acres of private and enclosed grounds, with a secure gated driveway, a fenced pond and children’s football goals. The patio provides a relaxing spot for dining alfresco, with ample outdoor furniture, a fire pit and a hot tub. Gym with cross trainer, pull up bars, punch bag and kettlebells. The picturesque market town of Malpas (3 miles) has a choice of shops, traditional pubs and the remains of a Norman castle. Other local attractions include Cholmondeley Castle Gardens, Alderford Lake, Erddig Hall and Garden, and BeWILDerwood Cheshire, all within 12 miles.
