Guest Access Information Before your arrival, you will receive a four-digit access code to enter the main building. You will also be provided with a code for the key safe box to collect your apartment keys. All other important details — including the Wi-Fi password and helpful instructions — will be shared with you in advance. Guest Access Guests will have full access to a brand-new apartment in a modern residential building completed in 2025. Access is via a secure main entrance with a digital code, followed by an elevator to the apartment floor. The apartment door key is stored in a key safe by the entrance — a unique access code will be provided before your stay.
Guest Interaction I’m always happy to help if you need anything during your stay — feel free to message or call me anytime. If you’d like, I can personally greet you upon arrival, walk you through the apartment, and answer any questions you may have. Alternatively, you are welcome to check in independently using the key safe and access code. It’s entirely up to your preference — I’m here to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

A significantly late check-out, unless agreed upon in advance, may incur an extra fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate. Thank you for your understanding.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
We’re located in a peaceful neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to help us keep it that way.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
For safety and insurance reasons, we ask that no additional visitors enter without prior arrangement.
