Welcome to the Stirling Edwardian House Built in 1910 and beautifully restored, this elegant five-bedroom detached Edwardian house offers space, character & comfort in equal measure. Located just 0.8 miles from Stirling city centre, it’s perfectly positioned for families, groups & longer-stay guests looking for a stylish, spacious home with excellent access to everything Stirling has to offer. With private driveway parking, a large fenced garden, period features & modern amenities, this home provides the ideal base for your stay. Neighbourhood The Stirling Edwardian House is located on Drip Road, a main street close to Stirling city centre. This gives guests excellent access to shops, cafés, restaurants, public transport & key attractions. Because of the convenient location, you may notice some general city life during your stay, particularly at peak travel times when traffic can be busier. Double-glazed windows throughout the house help reduce external noise, but some sounds from passing cars or pedestrian activity may still be heard at times. The location offers the convenience of city-centre access while the detached setting, large garden & private parking provide added comfort during your stay. Ground Floor Living Room: The large, inviting living room offers generous seating for up to 10 guests, perfect for socialising or relaxing together. Enjoy the Smart TV, connect to the fast Wi-Fi, or unwind by the cosy wood-burning fireplace in the evenings. High ceilings, period cornicing & warm lighting create a relaxing, character-filled space. Kitchen & Utility Room: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining utility room provides a washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board & iron—ideal for families or longer stays. Dining Room: The separate dining room seats 10 guests, offering an elegant setting for shared meals & celebrations, with views overlooking the garden. Ground Floor W/C: A convenient downstairs toilet is located on the ground floor, with all other bathrooms found on the first floor. Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): A peaceful king-size bedroom with chest of drawers provides ground-floor sleeping arrangements for added flexibility. First Floor Staircase & Landing: A beautiful feature of the home, the staircase is fully carpeted for comfort and showcases the property’s Edwardian character with its stunning stained-glass window, flooding the hallway with colourful light. Bedroom 2: King Bedroom with Minimalist En-suite. A bright king-size bedroom featuring a minimalist private en-suite with a modern walk-in shower. Family Bathroom: A spacious bathroom offering a standalone bath and a walk-in shower, ideal for families or guests sharing the upper floor. Bedroom 3: King Bedroom with Minimalist En-suite. A stylish king bedroom with a minimalist en-suite featuring a walk-in shower. This room enjoys impressive views of the Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills. Bedroom 4: Twin Room, perfect for children or friends travelling together, this room features two single beds and a chest of drawers. Master Bedroom: King Bedroom with Modern En-suite. The master bedroom is a generously sized retreat with a king-size bed, excellent storage & a modern private en-suite. This en-suite is beautifully finished with contemporary fixtures & a walk-in shower, offering a comfortable & refreshing space to begin or end your day. Garden & Parking: The house boasts a large fully fenced garden, perfect for children to play safely or guests to relax outdoors. The patio area provides a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. A private gated driveway accommodates three cars, and the carport helps protect your vehicle from the elements during your stay. Thoughtful Touches: You will be welcomed with a basket of amenities, including a carton of milk to start off your stay. Soft white linens, fresh towels & luxurious Scottish Sea Kelp toiletries are provided throughout. A starter supply of logs, kindling & firelighters is included so you can enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace. We look forward to hosting you at the Stirling Edwardian House. Managed by Juniper Rentals, you’ll receive a detailed video tour upon reserving the property to help you understand the layout, find everything easily & settle in smoothly. Our team is always available to ensure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable & memorable. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire Stirling Edwardian House during their stay. The home offers a spacious layout with one ground-floor king bedroom and a ground-floor W/C for added convenience. The remaining four bedrooms and all full bathrooms, including the family bathroom and the three en-suites, are located on the first floor, accessed via the internal staircase. You will have full use of the large living room with wood-burning fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen & utility room, the elegant dining room for 10, and the generous outdoor spaces. Outside, guests can enjoy the large, fully fenced garden, ideal for families & safe for little ones. The property also includes gated driveway parking for up to three cars, along with a sheltered carport. The house is accessed through your own private entrance, with just one step into the property, offering privacy and ease throughout your stay. during your stay, the Juniper Rentals team is always available to assist.
