For a relaxed Sunday lunch, head to The Fox Goes Free, a dog-friendly pub in Charlton offering classic British fare in a charming garden setting.

If you’re in the mood for fresh seafood, The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay offers stunning harbour views alongside its exquisite seafood dishes. For traditional afternoon tea, visit The Millstream Hotel in Bosham, where you can enjoy delicate sandwiches, scones, and fine teas in a tranquil garden. Joanna’s Boutique Tearoom is another lovely spot for afternoon tea, with elegant decor and indulgent treats like scones, finger sandwiches, and sweet delights. Lastly, for an elegant evening, Purchases in Chichester is a refined bar in a Georgian townhouse offering premium cocktails, fine wines, and spirits.

Chichester Train Station: 5- minute drive.
London: Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hours.

Chichester is a charming city, known for its cobbled streets and stunning Cathedral. If you're lucky, you might even spot the Peregrine Falcons that nest there! For a relaxing break between shopping, take a stroll along the city’s Walls - you can start the walk at the bottom of East Street or from Market Avenue.

If you have a car, the nearby South Downs offer some beautiful walking spots. A few of our favourites include Halnaker Windmill (PO18 0NF), The Trundle near Goodwood Racecourse (PO18 0SP), Chalkdock Marsh in Itchenor (PO20 7AE), and the scenic Slindon Estate (Park Lane, Arundel).

Don’t miss the Chichester Festival Theatre, especially in summer when they host incredible plays and a musical. For a charming escape, Bosham—just 4 miles away- is a quaint harbour village with rich Saxon history, perfect for a delightful afternoon visit.

The entire home and garden is available for guests.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

YOUNG CHILDREN
Kindly inform us at the time of booking if you require a cot or high chair. Please note, we do not provide cot bedding or linen, so we ask that you bring your own.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
