The inviting living room features a cosy sofa and TV for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. Its open-plan American-style kitchen, overlooking the living and dining areas, creates a warm and convivial atmosphere—ideal for cooking, sharing meals, and enjoying quality moments together.

Step outside and breathe in the ocean breeze: the seaside is less than a 1-minute walk away. The duplex features two charming terraces, ideal for unwinding at any time.
One terrace opens onto a private garden, where you can enjoy peaceful mornings, afternoon lounging, or a delightful BBQ under the Mauritian sky. With outdoor seating and a dining area, it’s the perfect setting for al-fresco meals surrounded by nature.
