COMPLETO forma OESTE EXPLANADA parte del complejo que incluye una docena de apartamentos de lujo en la playa. Esplanade se encuentra en una de las playas más prestigiosas y más buscados.
Debido al oeste es la primera línea en la planta baja, en la hermosa playa de arena blanca. El baño también es muy agradable.
Las vistas de la montaña de la colina es precioso y la puesta de sol es un espectáculo asombroso.
El apartamento tiene 3 dormitorios con baños en suite. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Comedor para 8 y cómodo salón. El nuevo apartamento fue en julio de 2013 del Libro.

La piscina muy hermosa piscina es grande y agradable.

la seguridad está garantizada 24/24. La cámara también proporciona survellance.
La doncella y el gerente de la vivienda. Servicio 9HR es de 1 hora diaria, excepto los domingos y festivos.
El aparcamiento está reservado en el apartamento.
A cinco minutos a pie del apartamento hay restaurantes y tiendas bien surtidas. .
Los centros comerciales y supermercados están cerca.

El clima en Río Negro es agradable durante todo el año. Los catamaranes salidas son muy hermosos y Recomendados. un paseo que dura un día con una parada para almorzar en Ile aux almeja está visitantes muy apreciada.

The Location of the Apartment in La Preneuse is great. Direct on the Sea. 6 Restaurants and 2 Supermarkets in 10 minutes in walking distance.

We loved the apartment - it's bright, airy, spacious and beautifully situated next to both a gorgeous pool and the sea. The sea views and sunsets are magnificent. Jean-Claude is a great host and Pratima and Cindy were very friendly. The location is central and close to all amenities - we really had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Location! Location!

It might be the best location on the island. The apartment was spacious and the service superb. Some details like the showers needed some maintenance, but who cares? Good restaurants in between walking distance, one even just down a beach walk.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!

I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful holiday apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the space really made it feel like a home away from home.The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. I especially appreciated the lovely balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee with a view.Our host was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.I would not hesitate to book this place again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday getaway.

Great location and property

Very enjoyable stay. The location is great, on the beach with easy water access, as well as the pool. Restaurants and grocery shops in walking distance. The unit is well positioned in the block, with great facilities. We will be back!

Summary of a nice stay

Overall, we were thrilled by the very nice welcome from Jean Claude and the very nice accommodation in which we felt very comfortable. Everything was 100% okay, we can absolutely recommend it.

Our Vaciation in was great again. The location of the Apartment is perfect an direct on the Sea. The Owner, Jean Claud, allways friendly and helpful had small repairs done straight away. Only the weather was not so perfect with two cyclones in 3 weeks ...😉

Beautifully designed and positioned apartment

We were a family of four (with a 2 year old and 5 month old) staying for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Esplanade. Incredible views of sunset from indoors; a beautiful lagoon, we swam out c. 200m and were still only elbow deep; great location, we bought fresh fish from fishmonger, less than five minutes walk away, and cooked on the Weber gas bbq overlooking the beach in the evenings. There is a lovely coffee shop ( Kuumba Coffee Black River) and bakery (La Kaz A Pain) a short walk away for breakfast / brunch. Mosquitos and pests, as with anywhere on the island's coast, are a problem but is managed efficiently and effectively by Jean Claude who was easily reached throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again when the kids are older.

Wonderful apartment, lovely location!

We ( a couple) stayed for one week at the end of May and loved our stay here. The apartment is one of 12 on the complex but there were usually only 3 others occupied at that time of year. We usually had the pool to ourselves, but the ocean was warmer! Remember to bring your water shoes as there is coral everywhere. The owner, Jean Claude, phoned several times and dropped by once to make sure that everything was okay. Pratima, the housekeeper, came everyday except Sunday to clean, and for an extra cost she shopped and prepared a Mauritian dinner for us one evening. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to get groceries ( short walk to small market and long walk to larger London supermarket, snacks and bakery items at gas station nearby) and to visit the restaurants nearby (le bon Chute, Buddy's for burgers, Cozy Garden, and an Indian restaurant.) Fixtures and fittings in the apartment are first class, and the kitchen is equipped with all sorts of pots and gadgets and dishes. The only surprise is that we were responsible for supplying toilet paper after the 1 1/2 rolls that were provided on our arrival ran out, plus all the kitchen food basics like salt and pepper. The towels and sheets were not changed - perhaps this was our responsibility as well but it should be conveyed. But these were minor inconveniences to a lovely stay in an amazing location - quiet and secure. There is no public access to the beach in this area, and the apartment is set well back from the road, with 24 hour security. Amazing banyan tree beside the apartment where each evening the birds gather to serenade you with their music. Lovely walks along the beach, perfect for those who want a quiet and relaxing time - there's no nightlife here! TV only has English news channels, no programmes, so bring some books and enjoy the lovely views.

Cela fait deux fois que nous venons à l’esplanade. Nous sommes toujours autant ravis. C’est un endroit merveilleux . Le logement est très agréable et et le propriétaire très à l’écoute est toujours disponible il est d’une gentillesse . Encore merci pour ce magnifique séjour dans un cadre idyllique. Wunderbares Appartement

Wir haben knapp 3 Wochen in dem wundervollen Appartement verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderschön, die ganze Anlage sehr ansprechend, der Pool wunderbar. Die Umgebung bietet fußläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants und auch eine Tankstelle.Von der Hauptstraße ist in der Anlage nichts zu hören. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung vollumfänglich nur empfehlen.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Paradies

Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Appartment.Wir durften schon um 9.00 Uhr hinein, und bei der Abreise bis Nachmittags kostenlos länger bleiben. Vielen Dank dafür.Das Appartment war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.Einige Schränke waren beschädigt, aber das liegt wohl an den Mietern vor uns.Es war aber in keiner Funktion beeinträchtigt. Die Duschen wären das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte. Liegt wohl am Lüftungsverhalten der Gäste.Fatima hat täglich gründlich geputzt, und alles gepflegt. Sie ist freundlich und rücksichtsvoll im Umgang mit den Gästen.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einmalig schön. Abends den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen einfach herrlich. Sogar ein Fernglas war dort, um die Boote zum Delphin Beobachten anzuschauen.Der Pool ist super schön. Die Liegen am Pool leider sehr niedrig, sodass wir Probleme hatten aufzustehen (wir sind 60). Es ist meistens sehr ruhig dort, mit Aussnahme von den Vögeln die sich zwischen 18.00 und 18.45 im Baum sammeln und einen heidenkrach veranstalten. Spätestens um 19.00 Uhr ist Ruhe, und tausende kleiner Vögel schlafen in den Bäumen. Faszinierend zu betrachten.Fußläufig befinden sich Supermarkt und Restaurants.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder hierhin.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit kleinem Strand, einem schönen Pool, Parkplätzen und einer wunderbaren Gegend.Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber, großzügig und mit allen brauchbaren Details versehen.Sehr zu empfehlen!Gute Anbindung an die Strände von Le Morne und Flic en Flac und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Südwesten der Insel.

Tolle Zeit in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit Infinity-Pool ist ein Traum. Die Anlage ist rund um die Uhr bewacht und ein Zugang ist nur den Gästen möglich. Am Pool und am Strand waren immer Sonnenliegen verfügbar, oft waren wir alleine. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Kleine Schwächen: die Duschen bräuchten einmal eine dringende Grundreinigung, der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse ist stark mit Schimmel befallen, die Stühle auf der Terrasse müssten mal erneuert werden den Möbeln sieht man teilweise das Alter schon an. Trotzdem alles nicht tragisch und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen

Idéal pour visiter le sud ouest de l’île

Golfs, randonnées, visites et découvertes du centre de l’île. Une liste des restaurants à proximité serait appréciée. ! Les souris aiment bien la résidence ( 2 en 1 semaine dans l’appartement.

Tolle Zeit

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1Jugendlicher) hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Jeden Morgen schon beim Frühstück mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und mit Allem ausgestattet. Wochentags kommt täglich eine liebe Haushaltshilfe, die die Wohnung putzt. Die kleine Anlage rund um die Wohnung herum ist liebevoll gepflegt. Direkt an der Terrasse wächst ein großer Banyanbaum, in dem allabendlich ein wunderschönes Vogelkonzert zu hören ist. - Wir vermissen es hier Zuhause. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt in dem man gut einkaufen kann. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Unser Aufenthalt hier im Apartment Esplanade war super 👍 der Strandabschitt ist sehr ruhig. Man kann gut zu Fuß gehen. Das Meer ist türkis. Das Apartment hat alles was macht braucht. Jeden Tag kommt eine Reinigungsdame. Der Vermieter Jean Claude ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Die Sonnenuntergänge ein Traum!
