APARTAMENTO DE LUJO RENUNCIAR EN LA PLAYA

COMPLETO forma OESTE EXPLANADA parte del complejo que incluye una docena de apartamentos de lujo en la playa. Esplanade se encuentra en una de las playas más prestigiosas y más buscados.
Debido al oeste es la primera línea en la planta baja, en la hermosa playa de arena blanca. El baño también es muy agradable.
Las vistas de la montaña de la colina es precioso y la puesta de sol es un espectáculo asombroso.
El apartamento tiene 3 dormitorios con baños en suite. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Comedor para 8 y cómodo salón. El nuevo apartamento fue en julio de 2013 del Libro.

La piscina muy hermosa piscina es grande y agradable.

la seguridad está garantizada 24/24. La cámara también proporciona survellance.
La doncella y el gerente de la vivienda. Servicio 9HR es de 1 hora diaria, excepto los domingos y festivos.
El aparcamiento está reservado en el apartamento.
A cinco minutos a pie del apartamento hay restaurantes y tiendas bien surtidas. .
Los centros comerciales y supermercados están cerca.

El clima en Río Negro es agradable durante todo el año. Los catamaranes salidas son muy hermosos y Recomendados. un paseo que dura un día con una parada para almorzar en Ile aux almeja está visitantes muy apreciada.
hay centros docena inmersiones en la Región Occidental. Los centros ofrecen formación reconocida en todo el mundo. ha señalado que los sitios de inmersiones son muy accesible, a 20 minutos de la costa ..

The location of the property is amazing. Right on the beach, and by the pool. The views are stunning and sunset amazing. Tamarin is a great base for looking round the island. We hired a car - highly recommend this! Get to see spots you otherwise wouldn’t. There are a local restaurants that are very good. Be careful on Sunday as everything is shut. The only negatives are, as said by the previous review we read, the bathrooms are not clean. The shower heads are in an awful state and there is mould all over it. We also rarely had hot or even warm water to shower in. Most of the time it was cold or barely like warm. We reported this and were told it was an island problem. Communication from the host was timely, but at times functional. We would have liked to have had a guide to the property on how things worked. Or local places to visit or tips for the island. Responses were not unfriendly but didn’t elaborate or follow up when we reported water issues. Overall the location and views outweigh the issues but when you lay good money for a lovely apartment you do expect warm showers.

This is quite possibly the best apartment to stay in. The views are superb. The apartment was clean with every amenity available. Located close to coffee shops and supermarkets. The host was a delight to deal with ensuring we had everything that we needed. Without doubt we will be returning - thank you

Great location and property

Very enjoyable stay. The location is great, on the beach with easy water access, as well as the pool. Restaurants and grocery shops in walking distance. The unit is well positioned in the block, with great facilities. We will be back!

we received the family Adamsen for one week at ESPLANADE C2. they were a family of four. it was a pleasure to welcome them. During their stay the weather was not good mainly due to a cyclone in our zone but the cyclonic conditions were not bad as the cyclone pass quite far from Mauritius. it will be a pleasure to welcome them again at PLEINOUEST.

We loved the apartment - it's bright, airy, spacious and beautifully situated next to both a gorgeous pool and the sea. The sea views and sunsets are magnificent. Jean-Claude is a great host and Pratima and Cindy were very friendly. The location is central and close to all amenities - we really had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Location! Location!

It might be the best location on the island. The apartment was spacious and the service superb. Some details like the showers needed some maintenance, but who cares? Good restaurants in between walking distance, one even just down a beach walk.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!

I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful holiday apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the space really made it feel like a home away from home.The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. I especially appreciated the lovely balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee with a view.Our host was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.I would not hesitate to book this place again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday getaway.

Beautifully designed and positioned apartment

We were a family of four (with a 2 year old and 5 month old) staying for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Esplanade. Incredible views of sunset from indoors; a beautiful lagoon, we swam out c. 200m and were still only elbow deep; great location, we bought fresh fish from fishmonger, less than five minutes walk away, and cooked on the Weber gas bbq overlooking the beach in the evenings. There is a lovely coffee shop ( Kuumba Coffee Black River) and bakery (La Kaz A Pain) a short walk away for breakfast / brunch. Mosquitos and pests, as with anywhere on the island's coast, are a problem but is managed efficiently and effectively by Jean Claude who was easily reached throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again when the kids are older.

The property was in a great location for getting around and seeing the island. Would highly reccomened renting a car as the roads are great and the parking is shaded. The gate staff were incredible friendly. The property itself is a great space with lots of room. Great sized rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, aircon and fans, there is also a safe in one of the rooms. Nice big sofa, dining table inside and out, and chill area. Bath and Beach towels are provided which is really helpful, although we were there for over a week and they were not changed so worth being mindful that this is not included in the cleaning service. The cleaners came 3 times during our 8 day stay. There is a lovely garden area with direct views to the sea and pool which are stunning. I would say the property could do with some upkeep in the bathrooms and proper deep clean. Make sure to buy loo role as we only had half a roll in 2 of the bathrooms when we arrived. We assumed this would be replaced by the cleaners but it was not. Not an issue but would have been good to know. That being said we would 100% go back and stay and I would recommend this property to others. We feel very lucky to have had a chance to stay at this property and the views and locations are amazing!

Wonderful apartment, lovely location!

We ( a couple) stayed for one week at the end of May and loved our stay here. The apartment is one of 12 on the complex but there were usually only 3 others occupied at that time of year. We usually had the pool to ourselves, but the ocean was warmer! Remember to bring your water shoes as there is coral everywhere. The owner, Jean Claude, phoned several times and dropped by once to make sure that everything was okay. Pratima, the housekeeper, came everyday except Sunday to clean, and for an extra cost she shopped and prepared a Mauritian dinner for us one evening. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to get groceries ( short walk to small market and long walk to larger London supermarket, snacks and bakery items at gas station nearby) and to visit the restaurants nearby (le bon Chute, Buddy's for burgers, Cozy Garden, and an Indian restaurant.) Fixtures and fittings in the apartment are first class, and the kitchen is equipped with all sorts of pots and gadgets and dishes. The only surprise is that we were responsible for supplying toilet paper after the 1 1/2 rolls that were provided on our arrival ran out, plus all the kitchen food basics like salt and pepper. The towels and sheets were not changed - perhaps this was our responsibility as well but it should be conveyed. But these were minor inconveniences to a lovely stay in an amazing location - quiet and secure. There is no public access to the beach in this area, and the apartment is set well back from the road, with 24 hour security. Amazing banyan tree beside the apartment where each evening the birds gather to serenade you with their music. Lovely walks along the beach, perfect for those who want a quiet and relaxing time - there's no nightlife here! TV only has English news channels, no programmes, so bring some books and enjoy the lovely views.

Les douches sont malheureusement en très mauvais état. Il y a de la moisissure dans les douches, même sur les pommeaux, surtout dans la salle de bains des parents. Toutes les armoires de l'appartement dégagent une odeur très désagréable. Le sèche-cheveux de la salle de bains des parents ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons trouvé au total quatre souris dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire a certes installé des pièges empoisonnés, mais ils n'ont servi à rien. Nous avons donc dû attraper les souris nous-mêmes. Il y avait par conséquent des excréments de souris un peu partout dans l'appartement. Après nous être plaints de la première souris, le propriétaire n'a malheureusement plus répondu à nos messages. Nous avions réservé cet appartement parce qu'il y avait un barbecue sur la terrasse. Le premier jour, les locataires du rez-de-chaussée nous ont dit que nous n'avions pas le droit de faire de barbecue, car la fumée s'infiltrerait chez eux. Le propriétaire n’a malheureusement pas résolu ce problème. De plus, on ne nous avait pas prévenus à l’avance qu’une femme de ménage viendrait tous les matins. Cela a porté atteinte à notre vie privée, car nous souhaitions faire la grasse matinée pendant nos vacances. L’appartement est certes idéalement situé, mais tous ces désagréments ont malheureusement gâché nos vacances.

Cela fait deux fois que nous venons à l’esplanade. Nous sommes toujours autant ravis. C’est un endroit merveilleux . Le logement est très agréable et et le propriétaire très à l’écoute est toujours disponible il est d’une gentillesse . Encore merci pour ce magnifique séjour dans un cadre idyllique. À très bientôt, Monsieur et Madame Bonne.
