This modern and cozy apartment, decorated with wooden tones and contemporary finishes to make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city and its attractions.
Ideal for couples or business travelers, this apartment features an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a round dining table, perfect for relaxing and watching TV.
The kitchen, modern and elegant with its dark green tiles, is fully equipped to prepare your daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and stove hob to help you in your daily life.
The sleeping area is versatile and sophisticated, separated from the living room by sliding wooden panels that allow for privacy or expand the space. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes to store your belongings.
The bed comes with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries.
The space is always professionally cleaned.
The apartment is located in a building with an elevator, but access to the apartment includes steps.

Located on one of the city's most noble and cosmopolitan avenues, this accommodation is situated in the heart of Porto's modern district, just steps from the iconic Casa da Música and the Rotunda da Boavista. The neighbourhood is vibrant and sophisticated, offering a high-quality urban experience. Here, you will be surrounded by a vast array of shops, excellent restaurants, and the famous Mercado do Bom Sucesso, a must-visit stop for those wishing to taste gourmet cuisine in a lively and contemporary setting.
Despite being located in a distinct residential area, proximity to the Historic Centre is one of this address's greatest assets. The "Casa da Música" metro station, located nearby, places you just minutes away from the heart of downtown (Baixa). Thus, you can visit emblematic attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, and the vibrant Ribeira area with total ease, returning at the end of the day to the comfort and tranquillity of Boavista.
Beyond being the ideal base to explore Porto, this location is strategic for discovering Northern Portugal. Thanks to excellent road access and transport facilities, it is very convenient to take day trips to cities of immense tourist importance. In less than an hour, you can be walking through the medieval centre of Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), admiring the religious heritage of Braga, or starting an unforgettable journey through the vineyard landscapes of the Douro Valley.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
There are bus stops on the street, with several lines, and the Casa da Música subway station is just 700 meters away

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
