Welcome to our modern and comfortable apartment, an ideal choice for families, friends, or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in Edinburgh. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers well-designed sleeping arrangements across two bedrooms, one featuring a king-size bed and the other a comfortable double bed, providing flexibility and privacy for all guests.
All areas within the apartment are entirely private and thoughtfully arranged for your comfort. The apartment includes two bathrooms: one en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a second bathroom within the apartment featuring a bathtub with an overhead electric shower, ideal for both quick refreshes and long, relaxing soaks. The living room provides a welcoming space to unwind after a day of exploring the city, while the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building and is easily accessible by lift, offering added convenience for guests with luggage or those who prefer not to use stairs.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
For those travelling by car, there is off-site public street parking available nearby. Parking is free and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with no designated spaces. Guests are kindly asked not to park in spaces reserved for permit holders.
The surrounding area is well-connected and offers easy access to many of Edinburgh’s most popular attractions. Guests can explore the vibrant city centre, stroll along the historic Royal Mile, visit Edinburgh Castle, or enjoy the green open spaces of nearby parks. The nearby waterfront area offers scenic walks, cafés, and restaurants, while excellent public transport links make it easy to reach museums, galleries, shopping districts, and cultural landmarks throughout the city.
Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro; This is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.
