This place is beautiful and offers an amazing view of the lake, but please note that there is no elevator, as it is located on the 5th floor. While the house does not have air conditioning, there are fans available to help with the heat. It's conveniently situated near restaurants and shops, and the hosts are very helpful.

Everything was great about this apartment. The one thing to understand, this apartment has a beautiful view of the Tragus river from this roof top apartment. There is no lift. There are 59 stair steps to the front door. That is the only draw back.

Great spot to tour Lisbon. Alfama neighborhood is awesome. Nice view out back. Lots of stairs but after a day on foot in hilly Lisbon, its all part of the charm.

Amazing Views

We absolutely loved this apartment and its vicinity to the old city, the cathedral, the castle, and the waterfront. Many cute shops and restaurants and Tram #28 runs just past the end of the street. Very quiet at night.

Lovely flat in great area. Maybe in need of a bit of maintainance particulalry on the Franch doors. Was noisy at night from the street. LovelyStay were super accomodating amd allowed an early entry which was very welcoming. My strong advice would be to book direct witb them. Vrbo offerred nothing to the experience and all communication etc was direct - really didnt see any value add going through Vrbo

Great views of the water in the Alfama Neighborhood

Spectacular views from the terrace of this recently renovated apartment in the Alfama neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. only negative is no elevator so you must be able to carry your bags and supplies up three flights of stairs.

The pictures in the review, yet incredible, don't even do the sweeping views of the Tagus River justice. This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Lisbon. Steps from the busy city center, Tagus and San Jorge Castle, we loved the area. Lisbonne Collection is a reputable company and made our stay exponentially better by providing us a cell phone during our stay which offers cellular service and access to Internet, maps, taxis and other apps that were super helpful for touring around London. Jos was an excellent host, and we would definitely visit again.

Alfama view

Property is as described - bright and a wonderful view of Alfama and the harbour. The only thing not in the description was that it was necessary to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit. This would be an issue for less mobile renters. Otherwise, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen.

Had a wonderful time in Lisbon! We were there for the St. Anthony festive. Apartment was nice but my primary reason for renting was the view. Unfortunately, as of June 2023 there are two large construction cranes obstructing what could be a beautiful view. No heads up on this.

Great location and view!

The property is up a hill and on the 4th floor with no elevator. But for those willing to walk a bit, it has a fantastic view and nice balcony to watch the sunrises and sunsets. Jose was great at making sure we knew where to go and where the necessities were. Most helpful. Also comes with a loaner phone with gps. Makes the whole trip easier.

What we hoped for, and more!

The views are stunning, and drew us to the balconey whenever we were in. The location is perfect - easy access to sites, metro and trains. The property is very clean, and very comfortable. The Lisbonne Collective were with us all the way - arranging transportation to and from the airport, and welcoming us at the apartment with maps and suggestions. The only concern for some travelers might be the 5-story walk up. It wasnt for us - and is the reason for the spectacular panoramic views! We would love to come back to this property.

Great location and views

I loved the location and the views! Jose, who checked us in, was knowledgeable and friendly. Cons: There is no A.C. In this unit which was not an issue for us in September but in the heat of summer, this would be difficult given this unit is on the top floor of a four story building. Also, it would have been nice if they had provided some basics for us to start our stay (nespresso pods, paper towels, dish soap) but there were many markets nearby so this wasn't a big deal. All in all, I would recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful stay - despite the rain!

We spent 4 wonderful days in this apartment, despite the fact that it rained most of the time in Lisbon! The views were fantastic, and its situation, so close to the river, the stunning Terreiro do Paço, and the heart of the city, were second to none. The flat was extremely welcoming, comfortable and clean. We'll be back! Quick note: the street is extremely steep (Lisbon is built on 7 hills and Alfama is definitely one of them!) and there is no elevator to the 4th floor - but as we all attend a gym back home this was never a problem. Recommendation: 5 minutes walk away from the apartment you find the fantastic "Maria Catita" restaurant - highly recommended but almost always full, mind... you may have to book or wait a while.
