I was quite surprised by this review! I'd like to ask, if you didn't find anything positive about the apartment, was everything as bad as you say? Is that why you left the apartment messy, with everything out of place and scattered around the house? It seems you were the only person who didn't like the beds, and if they were dirty underneath, as you claimed, you had my phone number, which I left so I could be contacted if needed. He stayed in the apartment for four days, and from the day of check-in to the day of check-out, he never contacted me.

I advise the guest to go and see the messages she exchanged with me. After the guest complained that the water was not very hot at 12:14 pm, I responded at 12:55 pm asking to check the temperature of the water storage heater. She responded at 1:39 pm saying he was no longer in the apartment but would check his temperature when he got to the apartment. This was the last message I received from this guest during her stay. I sent another message at 1:53 pm offering to go to the apartment with a technician (it was Sunday, even though she hadn't tested the shower yet) and asked for permission to enter the apartment without her being present, she never responded to that message, nor has she ever told me the temperature of the water storage heater, as I had requested. Contrary to what the guest says, she never sent a message to me that night. She was the guest who should have responded to my messages and contacted me, which she never did. I'll finish by saying that on the day this lady entered the apartment, 4 guests had already checked out, who never reported any hot water problems to me, just as no one has done to this day, as can be confirmed in all the reviews.
