The location is great! There are lots of places within walking distance. The Amtrak is nearby for day trips to New Orleans! Harvey is a great host!

Clean, Quiet neighborhood, and overall very nice.

We loved our 3 day stay at this quiet little home. Mr. Brooks was very easy to reach and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Every request we made he managed to make it happen. Thank you so much for a great short and sweet vacation to the coast.

Nice Cottage

Great location living room furniture needs updating. Harvey addressed the small problems very quickly. Weather did not cooperate alot of chilly days

Home Away from Home!

I stayed here for about six weeks during a law school internship. Harvey, the owner, really makes it feel like a home away from home. The house is adorable - it's super clean, cozy and very comfortable. It's so close to the beach, casinos, shopping, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. I loved my time here and look forward to coming back soon!

We found the house to be exactly as represented. Very clean Everything we needed to enjoy our stay Great neighborhood Great neighbors We could see part of the Beau Rivage from the front porch. Easy access from hwy 90 Overall was very pleased with our stay

Southern Charm

The property owner was very engaged in the renting processes. He even made recommendation for local attractions to Make our stay more enjoyable. Enjoyed the charm of this seaside cottage and southern hospitality. Loved our stay.

I loved this property!!

The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, walking distance to the ballpark, casinos, and restaurants, yet it was off the beaten path, very quiet, almost secluded. The owner was great. We will be back!!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for what I thought I needed and for what I actually ended up needing! The location is easy to find with his map, and right by a highway. The neighborhood is cute, but also convenient. Mr. Harvey Brooks was a good communicator, and although I didn't have ANY problems, I feel like he would have handled it right away if I had. The house is very cute and I am grateful that he let me stay there!! I love some of the old fashioned features (telephone nook, for example), but the stove looked brand new and there were so many things provided for use. I did play solitaire one night with the cards. He also had bikes available to use that if my trip had been more leisurely, I would have used! Thank you!!

This is the best vacation I’ve had in years. The cabin was very clean & well equipped. Great location & easy to get to. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Sweet, cute, close to beach & Casinos. Quiet area, host responsive. Beds not comfy though.

Beds need updating. Not comfy for 2 on each bed. Otherwise adorable place.

The beds were less than one year old. I could see how the bed on one bedroom may have not been what they were used to sleeping on. It was a memory foam that was soft. The bed in the other bedroom is fine. I had neighbors come in and check it with me and they saw nothing wrong with it. I replaced the one bed this morning with a new Serta. I also offered the guest a free night stay if they book again with us.

Comfortable, clean and close to everything!

Lovely home on a quiet cul de sac just a block from the beach. Neat, clean with all the amenities. Mr. Harvey was so helpful and pleasant. We had a Wonderful experience.

Southern hospitality at its finest!!!

Mr. Brooks was an amazing host. He thought of everything that we may need to use while we stayed at the cottage. It was extremely cozy and more than enough room for our family of 4. This is a beautiful cottage and was a highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend. Mr. Brooks was very responsive to any questions we had. We will absolutely be back and have recommended to family and friends.

Beautiful older home in a quiet neighborhood. But close to everything.

We so enjoyed our stay in this Cozy Cottage! The house had everything from a coffee maker to a chef-worthy stove to resort-quality towels. Having access to a washer and dryer was a life saver after long days on the beach. We went grocery shopping and cooked most of our meals since we enjoy cooking, but the location of the house is close to Beach Blvd and all of the restaurants. You can see the Beau Rivage from the front porch, and there was a huge fireworks show from MGM Stadium on our last night there. To be honest, we stayed a week in this house and didn’t want to leave. My mother-in-law even remarked that she wanted to put this cute little cottage in her pocket and take it home with her. We enjoyed our stay and hope it’s available for our next trip to the Coast.
