The Old Smithy consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. There is a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include a king-size and a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden. Well-behaved pets welcome. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. The Old Smithy is a charming 17th-century cottage with exposed beams, a copper roof, and countryside views, perfect for a characterful Cambridgeshire escape. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150GBP. Note: Steep staircase and low ceilings - please take care. Note: No step free access - please take care. Note: Open flames are strictly prohibited. Note: The garden is private and enclosed but not secure for a dog to run free. Neighbouring fields often have livestock. Owners will provide tethering points and very long leads so that dogs can wander as freely as possible. Foxes, hedgehogs and deer wander into the garden frequently. Note: Ample dog walking routes in the fields - maps will be provided.
