360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this beautiful new PRIVATE home in Central area opposite Sports Grounds & close to nightlife.
The home comes w/spacious & beautiful living area w/2 sofas and a massive smart TV fit for any occasion.
4 Rooms are available in this PRIVATE home, all w/ensuite, TV, AC & WIFI - A king sized bed and a single bed is also available in 3 of the rooms depending on how many guests, with AC
Perfect for group of friends to study or enjoy the Maltese islands!
Our Italian designer Private Guesthouse is fully Ac`d with free Wifi.All TVs are Smart HD & Fully loaded w/channels.
Bed: The rooms have a large king sized bed, w/Italian orthopaedic mattress for the best quality sleep.

1. 43”Smart TV,YouTube + many channels.
2. Fully adjustable window blinds.
3. Linens and towels for the duration of the stay.
4. Free Shower liquid.
5. Hair dryer upon request.
6.Ample wardrobe Storage.

Kitchen Fully equipped with:-

Rooms - 4 Rooms, 3 equipped with a double and single and the 4th room with a double bed.

A walk-in shower w/Drawer & Cupboard creating a lot of shower room storage space.
Linens:
At our home we love our Guests to have a good night sleep, so all bed linens & bath towels are of highest quality.
In each room we provide 2 towels per person.
Note: Full cleanings are done once every 1 week of booking.
Laundry:
Access to Laundry service room is provided at no extra charge. Washing Machine & Tumble Drier available.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
