Este nuevo bloque de nuevas villas modernas cielo con su propia piscina privada ofrecen alto nivel de alojamiento en Malta. Esta propiedad de 5 dormitorios está situado en una zona única en el pueblo turístico de Marsaskala a pocos metros de sus playas prístinas y la playa de arena de St. Thomas Bay. Cuenta con vistas despejadas al mar con hermosos alrededores y a poca distancia de todas las tiendas y algunos de los restaurantes más destacados de Malta.

El precio incluye el uso de todas las instalaciones y servicios, sin embargo, hay un cargo adicional de 25 € por noche para el aire acondicionado. También tenemos que cobrar el impuesto de contribución ECO para personas mayores de 18 años a 0 €. 50 por noche

Amazing villa

Everything from booking to check out was great. Hosts are super attentive. Booked transport for us, kept us informwd about everything. The pool is just excellent. All rooms are clean and as advertise. We will be coming back for.sure!

Amazing villa and great host

I cant thank our villa host enough! It is our second time on this villa and i have to say I will be back there again. Great communication and help with transfers and shopping. I mean this host is superb! Location of yhe villa is great as close to shops and restaurants. I loved it. My pictures of this trip are to post on a magazine cover - this is how great it is!

Large accommodation, great for two families

Overall we had a great time staying here. Easy communication with the hosts. Loads of space and bedrooms were over 2 levels which worked well for us, each family had a floor. Beautiful views and convenient location - easy to walk into town. Great local shops and restaurants. Downside was that it's very echoey so when our youngest went to bed general indoor conversation or the TV had to be very quite. Another downside and something we were surprised at was there are NO locks on any internal doors, even bathrooms! As there wasnt a standup shower downstairs we had to share and that made it awkward at times with 10 people! Loud singing is recommended! Also, every internal door handle is extricatingly noisey, so there's no opening a door without going unnoticed.

Sejour agreable

Nous avons passé 1 sejour agreable dans la villa. Nous avons apprecié le menage qui etait parfait, les decorations de Noel. La procedure d arrivee permet 1 arrivee à toute heure, tres pratique quand le vol atterit à 23h45! Nous regrettons le manque d entretien global, les jeux etaient defectueux. La cuisine succinctement équipée, les rideaux aux fenêtres cassés. L'environnement en hiver n'est pas très agréable, obligeant les déplacements. L'annonce n'est pas tout à fait correcte, il est noté que la clim est en supplément, il ne fait pas état du chauffage qui est lui aussi en supplément et que nous avons du régler en espèce sr place! Enfin, nous avons connu un problème avec l'encaissement de la caution dès notre arrivée ce qui n'était pas prévu. Nous voulons bien croire à une erreur, mais cela a été compliqué de la récupérer, ce qui laisse un goût amer sur le séjour....

Perfect holidays

We rent this villa for our holiday. The villa was just perfect...the views on the pool and the sea were magnificent! Everyone was impressed. Villa is very spacious, it's on 2 floors with 2 terraces on each floor. We had small issues which got result promptly after contacting the owner. Big thanks to the owners for helping us with any queries we had.

Prima accommodatie, van alle gemakken(handdoeken, ook voor zwembad, capsules voor koffiezetapparaat ) voorzien. Behalve dat jezelf niet kunt schoonmaken, wel een bezem, maar geen stofzuiger. Gevolg aan einde verblijf last van enkele kakkerlakken. Gezien de huurprijs zou tussentijdse schoonmaak inbegrepen moeten zijn. Uitzicht fantastisch. Parkeren op straat soms lastig. Snelle reactie van eigenaar op gestelde vragen

Familieferie i oktober måned.

Det var dejligt med et badeværelse til hver familie og i kælderen kunne familien med mindre børn dele. Terrassen og poolen vender desværre mod øst så der er ikke sol sidst på eftermiddagen. Men lejligheden var ellers perfekt til vores familie på 11 personer og vejret godt.

Long weekend away

We wanted a chilled out long weekend break with friends and this villa ticked all the boxes. Beautiful pool and balcony area looking out to sea. Questions and all communication deal with promptly. Our hosts with very helpful. Sorted out an in house chef for us and their restaurant suggestions were perfect.

Great Holidays for a Group

We had a very pleasant stay and the hosts did everything to make our stay perfect. One thing could have been better: It would have been nice to have something to clean the flat, like a broom or something. After one week in the flat with 11 people and water, sand and what else it gets quite dirty. Apart from that, it was very nice! Thank you :)

Wonderful Apartment

Very spacious apartment overlooking the sea, lovely outside area and pool. Martina was an amazing host, showed us all the local amenities on arrival and throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble and requests dealt with immediately. Used the local store (St Thomas’s) ) for all our food and drink, free delivery included. Martina booked restaurant reservations and taxis as required and dealt with any small problems efficiently. Located in traditional town rather than a tourist location meant the choice of restaurants was limited but Al Legna was our place of choice and all the meals we had there where excellent. A perfect location for our girlie holiday and we would definitely return.

San Tumas villa

This was a fabulous, spacious villa and was absolutely suited to our 10 member family holiday. The bedrooms are large, plenty of bathrooms. The younger (and some of the older) members loved the table football. Any queries were dealt with promptly, phone calls answered immediately. The layout of the villa meant we could have communal living time but our own space. Views of the sea ,sunrise and sunset absolutely spectacular. A lovely base for our family.

Perfect Location To Explore Malta

After spending five days in Goza, it was time to explore the large island of Malta. There is so much history to this country, we needed a location to both relax and enjoy the island. We could not have made a better decision than this San Tamas property. Within a short walking distance to the harbor for nice restaurants and reasonable rides to all attractions without having to feel like a tourist. What we did not expect was the team acted as a virtual concierge during our stay arranging transportation at a pace I could not have imagined possible. Please keep in mind, we were a family of eight with three small children that required car seats. (Brought From States) So it was not like simply ordering a taxi for two. The home was beautiful, as you can see from the images, but their support is what made our experience perfect,

Beautiful property

When I walked into the villa, I was amazed by how beautiful the place was. The pictures on the website make the property look nice, but I honestly don’t think they show how stunning this property actually is. There is so much space, so even with a large group, you feel as though you have plenty of room and don’t feel as though you are on top of each other! The outside area is wonderful. The view is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this property. One thing that I would like to see changed, if I’m being picky, would be the beds and bedding. I feel that the mattresses could have been comfier and the sheets and bedding could have been more luxurious in such a high quality, prestige property. That would have made it perfect for me. The owners are also fantastic and will do anything to help. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderful Stay in Malta

We had a wonderful stay in Malta! „We" were two families with 4 adults and 5 kids. The layout of this wide apartment allows having two almost separated family areas. We really enjoyed the breathtaking views from the huge patio with pool and also from the living room and kitchen on the ocean. It is really a nice and comfortable apartment which is in an almost new condition. Furthermore Rosanne, our landlord, was really helpful. It doesn’t matter if we needed a Mosquito net or want to know on which TV Channel we can watch football or where the best grocery store is, every text we send got answered within minutes. We had BBQ every evening on the grill on the the patio because in the neighbor village Marsaxlokk you can get fresh fish for very reasonable money. Loved it!! We highly recommend the fish market every Sunday in Marsaxlokk. If you are an early bird you can get great fresh fish! We also strongly recommend the St. Thomas bay beach. It is in walking distance of the appartement and is a nice small beach for children and a nice bar for the adults. Also the St. Peters pool is a very nice snorkeling spot.

Best Villa in Malta.

We couldn't have chosen a better villa in Malta, the property is exactly how they show in the pictures, great seafront views, amazing location. We have stayed for my stags do party and have all left speechless with the house. The management is always ready to help with any requirements. The villa has two floors, giving enough space to everyone in the house. All my friends and family members were happy, we are already looking forward to our next trip next year. Lovely new Villa by the Sea

We had a lovely two week stay, we are a family of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The villa is well appointed and the owners have thought through the design so that your stay is very comfortable. The views are lovely and the sea 2mins walk away, to the left of the property as you leave it, is beautiful to swim in. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. We had such a nice stay we have already booked again in October.
