Garreg Ddu blends its rich heritage with modern touches, featuring exposed stonework, inglenook fireplaces, original slate floors. The spacious living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploring, complete with comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove. The dining space is perfect for both cosy dinners and relaxed family breakfasts. A modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, while the ground-floor shower room features a double walk-in drencher shower, basin, and toilet for added convenience.



Upstairs, you’ll find two elegant bedrooms: a serene master with a king-size bed and views over the rooftops toward the rugged mountain scenery, and a second bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A handy upstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin completes the layout.



Outside, the cottage enjoys a sunny frontage with a charming enclosed patio, complete with garden furniture—perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or evening sun.



Just across the road is Cellb, a boutique 50-seat cinema housed in a historic police station and courthouse. A short stroll brings you to the town centre. The renowned Ffestiniog–Porthmadog Steam Railway is less than a 10-minute walk away, while thrill-seekers can enjoy ZipWorld Titan, Zip Caverns, and Bounce Below nearby.



Mountain bikers are spoilt for choice too, with Antur Stiniog just 5 minutes away, and the famous Coed-y-Brenin and Betws-y-Coed trails within a 30-minute drive. Further afield, the coastal towns of Harlech and Criccieth—with their medieval castles and sandy beaches—and the enchanting Italianate village of Portmeirion are all within easy reach.
