Enjoy a relaxed and comfortable family stay in this bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the prestigious Playa Real Complex, Elviria. The apartment offers a private terrace and sits within a beautifully maintained urbanisation with swimming pool, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens and a welcoming poolside chiringuito. With direct access to the beach and many restaurants nearby, it’s an ideal setting to enjoy Marbella’s coast with comfort, space and peace of mind.
This bright and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located in the well-known Playareal urbanisation, which offers direct access to the beach — just a 2-minute walk from the property.
The apartment is arranged on a single level and features a welcoming living and dining area with comfortable seating, TV and direct access to a private covered terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the surrounding greenery.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker, making it suitable for both short and longer stays.
The sleeping area consists of:
A master bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
A second bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, featuring an en-suite bathroom.
There is a second separate bathroom with bathtub, conveniently located for shared use.
The Playareal urbanisation is quiet, secure and residential, known for its mature gardens and exceptional beachfront access. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are within walking distance, and Marbella town centre is approximately 10 minutes by car, with Puerto Banús around 15 minutes by car.
Free street parking is available in the surrounding area. Please note that access within the urbanisation may involve steps, therefore the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

🔑 CHECK-IN
Keys are collected from a secure self-service key collection point, located approximately 400 metres from the property and available 24/7.
A personalised access code will be shared within 24 hours prior to check-in.
Keys must be returned to the same location at check-out.
Failure to return the keys may result in a €50 charge to cover retrieval costs.
If keys are left inside the property and access assistance is required, a €50 service fee will apply.
In the event of lost keys, a €150 replacement fee will be charged to cover rekeying and security costs.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability.
An unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may incur a €50 fee, as it disrupts the scheduled cleaning service.

Pool area rules:
Only the white umbrella located at the apartment entrance may be taken to the pool area.
Sun loungers available at the pool are for communal use and must be returned to their place after use.
Any loss or damage to communal items may result in a charge.
Guests must respect all community rules and behave considerately at all times to avoid disturbing neighbours.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
