Great location, great host

This was a great location with quick and easy access to some of the main attractions in Rome. The host was so friendly and gave us a great recommendation of restaurants in walking distance. Even though it was so hot during our stay, the apartment stayed cool with the air conditioning units. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

Amazing location, market right across the street, great restaurants within walking distance, and the metro/bus is right there for easy access to the center of Rome! The owner was super informative and really helped us to plan our visit, and also to get back to the airport when it was time for us to leave! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location in a beautiful part of Rome.

The flat was very clean and modern in a terrific location...but the best part was Chiara, the manager and tour guide. Simply the best!! We felt like we had truly experienced Rome, thanks to her remarkable tour. She took such good care of us. Miss her already!

Great base to explore Rome

Property was comfortable, quiet, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Everything worked well. Chiara provided clear travel instructions and met us at the property to explain everything. Although it is some way from the centre, the transport links by metro or bus are very good.

Mother/Daughter Rome stay

Chiara had sent me helpful emails upon booking. She was very informative when she met us on the day we checked into the apartment. It was located near a Metro station, so it was very easy to get to other places that were a little distant. However, we walked most places to explore Rome.

Great location in Rome!

The three of us loved our home away from home in Rome. There was a bus and metro stop right outside our building and an excellent bakery with fresh pizza across the street. Most mornings there was a market where you could get all your fresh produce and a supermarket only a block away. The apartment had lovely views into a courtyard with flowers, plenty of hot water and AC, very necessary as temperatures rose to the mid thirties when we were there. It accommodated three adults easily. Chiara was a great host and tour guide!

Apt. was clean and quiet

I loved this apt. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. What I really appreciated was how quiet it was at night. I slept so well there! There was an open market right across the street, as well as a good restaurant, a Tabacci, the bus stop, and the Metro was also relatively close. Coffee, tea, sugar, and an espresso maker were available to us. The only issue we had was the lack of consistent hot water. Seems the water heater was not working properly. Also, it was very hot all week, and there was no air conditioning in the apartment. I will say though that it wasn't that bad with the windows open during the night, but I would not stay there from May through August.

Dear Maggie, I am glad to hear that you and Rick loved the apartment and the neibourhood where it is located. It is in fact a great area, well connected to the main tourist attractions but yet quiet and authentic! I am sorry to hear about the problems with the hot water only today... we have been in contact daily during your stay and you never mentioned it, I would have fixed the problem (if any). As for the air conditioning, well... I always suggest to use filters whene selecting an apartment on line: this apartment is clearly NOT listed as an air conditioned one! We are planning to install AC next season and of course will raise the price accordingly! ;-) Arrivederci, Chiara

Perfect spot to enjoy Rome!

We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment is literally just above the Lodi Metro stop (green line). Or you can walk down to the San Giovanni stop on the orange line. This makes it so convenient to get in and out of the city! The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, but there is a market across the street in the mornings, and a bakery (buy their focaccia!) and several restaurants within a few blocks. La Nieveria is a fabulous gelato shop nearby, to satisfy your sweet tooth. In addition, if you are wanting any tours of the sights, I highly recommend Chiara. We did the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill tour with her. We learned so much, and she really made an extra effort to cater the tour to our kids (8 & 11 years old) and keep them engaged. She even brought a VR to help them see what the features of the Palatine would have looked like! I wish we would have had her with us at Pompeii, as we were less than impressed with that guide!

Super séjour à Rome, hôte charmante et accueillante

Chiara est un super hôtel ! Elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement, a pris le temps de regarder avec nous la carte de Rome (qu'elle nous a fournie) pour nous indiquer comment visiter les lieux mythiques. Le logement est plein de charme, a fond 70's. Nous recommandons !

Schöne saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft

Unterkunft war sauber und schön, außerdem auch sehr groß für 3 Personen. 4 Personen haben auch Platz. Das Bad war ebenfalls schön. Alles notwendige war vorhanden: Klopapier, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Öl, etc. Due Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, es war trotz der heißen Temperaturen in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Vermieterin war unglaublich bemüht und freundlich und hat sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Empfehlenswert!

L'appartement est situé dans un endroit calme, et pourtant à proximité du métro et de bus pour rejoindre le centre ville en 10-15 mn. Climatisation pour les fins de journées chaudes, ce qui permet de bien dormir. Commerces et marché de proximité, pharmacie, poste, tout y est. Nous recommandons.

Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Appartement

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln rasch und günstig zu erreichen. Chiara ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt hilfreiche Tipps. Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist Ihr Lage an einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den alltägliche Bedarf sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Reise nach Rom sehr genossen. Danke, Chiara !

Tolle Lage!

Sehr gute Lage, alles vor der Tür bzw. leicht zu erreichen. DIe Wohnung war etwas spärlich eingerichtet aber sauber, pflegeleicht und absolut in Ordnung.
