Hermosa y bien decorada casa frente al mar (portofino IV) se une a 2022.Puede disfrutar de la vista al mar desde el dormitorio principal o la sala de estar, ver el delfín jugando en la mañana. Camine 5 pasos hacia el océano o descanse en la terraza. Área orientada a la familia. Cocina completa equipada con estufa, ollas y sartenes, horno y lavavajillas. Gran pantalla de TV en la sala de estar, y 3 TV / en dormitorios. Hola velocidad internet es inalámbrico. Lavadora y secadora en el piso principal. Debajo de la casa de aparcamiento para 3-4 coches. Es ideal para una gran familia o una gran escapada, incluso en los meses de invierno. El restaurante de mariscos es excelente, el golf en miniatura es excelente. La pesca de surf está al alcance de su mano o alquile un barco en la entrada o en el océano. Perfect location!

This house was wonderful. Better than the pictures! Very roomy and comfortable for all. Being oceanfront was great and the pool was a nice option. We went a few times and it was never busy. Hoping to return next year!

Great location and property on the beach. Some amenities updated since shown pictures as well: floors, certain furniture etc all positives. Owner very communicative through process! This home is part of a group of 12 on the beach; this was our fourth year staying in the group and this was our best experience and house to date. Thanks

Won’t stay there again

Just a shame that this beach house could be so nice . Started our stay with water coming through the lights of master bedroom into the sofa couch in the living room . The owner sent someone from the management company and he used a shop vac and left . We opened the couch and all the cushions were wet the mattress was soaked and caked with food . Couldn’t use the couch to sit on for 2 days The back deck was so dirty old nasty table and chairs all rusted . There were 2 nice lounge chairs though. The downstairs bathroom overflowed 4 times . When I complained to the owner and asked for compensation he said your at the ocean .The renters before us left their garbage on the driveway and we had to clean it up . Found out from neighbors these issues are frequent . Only thing it’s got going is the location. None of furniture matched . If you don’t care about cleanliness and having nice furniture then rent it .

Great vacation house

I was very excited when I found this Ocean front house on VRBO that was in my budget and I was not disappointed.5 bedrooms and 4 full baths gave my family plenty of room. Even with 3 teen girls we never ran out of hot water. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved sitting at the bar for breakfast and dinner. Our kids also enjoyed the pool , even though shared by 12 houses ,it was never crowded.The best part of the house is the huge deck right on the dunes and an easy walk to the beach.... We enjoyed sitting on the deck with an adult beverage a cool sea breeze and listening to the crashing surf . Doesn't get any better.

We absolutely Loved the house. Being right on the beach and watching gorgeous sun rises was perfect. Unfortunately the weather was cooler than we had hoped and the Pool was closed but we made awesome memories!! The location of the house made easy access to all the day trips we made

Great to be on the ocean.

Owner was very responsive to the small couple of issues we had. Plenty of room for parking. House was as the pictures showed. Couple of items could use some maintenance but nothing that caused any issues. One thing to note property did not have any available beach chairs. Luckily we brought our own.

We didn’t want to leave!

We didn’t want to leave! The home was clean, comfortable and the beach access was amazing! We spent Thanksgiving here with our family of 6 adults and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived because the pictures don’t do this house justice – the carpet has all been replaced with beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring, the amount of seating was great for a large group, and the deck was huge which was also nice for a big family. The deck is also half-covered which was great for allowing some of us to sit in the shade and those that wanted to be in the sun could be in the sun. We drank our coffee and watched the sun rise every morning – it was stunning! We loved the fact there were lots of coffee cups since we’re big coffee drinkers! The location was close to everything which was nice too. We had three large cars which fit under the house nicely – it may be challenging to park more unless some of them are smaller. The owner was pleasant to work with and we hope to return there next year. It was the relaxing care-free break we all needed.

Waves of blessings

Overall great location. House needs updating. Missing light bulbs,no battery’s in remotes. Tv’s upstairs didn’t work. Broken furniture on the porch. No garbage bags, Extra toilet paper or common essentials provided. Broken vacuum cleaner.

ocean front rental - amazing trip

Very good things to say about this rental. It is located in Garden city, SC, but it is literally two house down from Surfside Beach for those wondering. I gave the house 3 stars on accuracy of the online listing because the place we stayed was much more updated then the pictures online! (High grades for everything else). The main upgrades from the pictures online was the flooring- it was a good move to replace that carpet w laminate or wood with all the sand coming in. Most utensils, blenders, pans, pots were available- outdated but doable for a stay. The old wall paper in the pictures were replaced and the kitchen looks alot better. Can't beat the views on the water and it is located close to whatever you need.(restaurants, piers, golf, fishing, food store, Walmart, beach shops, ) The deck was a nice handout at night and during unexpected weather. Any small issues that occurred before and during the rental were quickly handled by the owner. For some reason the keycode to the house reset and the owner quickly gave us a new one. The owner got back to me pretty quickly via text/message from VRBO. We stayed with 8 people total, (four adults, four kids) which had room for many more. Three bathrooms were a very nice luxury. The pool was very nice and was not crowded at all-It is not heated, but not needed in the summer. The pool is a very brief walk from the house. The only real negative I have with this rental was the grill situation. A small charcoal grill made grilling for 8 people an adventure. (had to get charcoal and it was very small surface area) If he upgraded to a propane and larger grill -it would of made cooking so much easier and stress free. small suggestion- Maybe a channel list under the glass table would be useful I would definitely recommend this place and we plan on staying there in the future.

Amazing family vacation house

We loved the house! It was the perfect size for 4 families. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, bowls, silverware, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. The location was great and very close to stores, gas stations, restaurants, and, activities. Definitely will return next time we head to Myrtle Beach!

A slice of heaven

My whole family of 10 dtayed at. The beach house. We absolutely loved it. Very spacious great front deck that leads to the beach. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be tenting here again. Mourad the owner was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Well stocked kitchen and beautiful views.

Great Location and Plenty of Space

The house is perfect for guys golfing, adult couples and 3 generations. We had all three groups there and the accommodations worked well. The were 6 golfers and could easily handle 7 or 8 for a week. We had four adult couples and could have handled one more. One week was 3 generations (8 adults, 4 young kids and 2 babies) and it did not feel crowded. Linen service would be a must. The house was a little dated but washer, dryer and dishwasher were new and other appliances worked fine. Bottom line, it exceeded my expectations and each of the groups that were there to share it with us had a great time. We hope to come again.

perfect for our family reunion

Great location! - this house is right on the beach, with a large covered porch and plenty of porch furniture. We appreciated the shower and hose on the walkway up to the house from the beach. The owner was quickly responsive when the upstairs AC unit needed repairs, and all was well within 2 hours of my call to him. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and bedrooms perfectly adequate for both small children and elderly grannies. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. We would certainly stay here again on another Surfside/Garden City vacation.

Everything we needed in a beach house

We've returned to this beach house quite a few times over the years for our family vacation. It's perfect for us. Right on the beach with a great porch and plenty of space. The water hose is right on the boardwalk that goes from the porch to the beach so we can rinse our chairs and ourselves. I walked to the pier and back every day. Good restaurants close by plus the arcade and Painters ice cream. Thanks for another wonderful trip!

Amazing location, clean and comfortable

Could this house use a little updating? Yes. But despite that, it was very clean (and fresh smelling) upon arrival, very comfortable and had everything we could need for the weekend including beach toys linens and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is perfect! Waking up to the sun rising over the ocean out the bedroom window and then eating breakfast on the deck was just wonderful. If you come in the winter beware that one of the rooms (the one over the deck) gets very cold at night likely due to the fact that it overhangs the deck. We just wound up using a different room but more blankets could have helped this too. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a little getaway! Don’t get hung up on the small aesthetic details. The important things are location comfort and cleanliness and this place has them all.

We really enjoyed our stay, except the beach construction that was going on. It was noise and machinery on the beach 24-7. The house was very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need which was great. The owner was very accomodating and easy to work with. It was a great place for our family vacation.

Great location but poorly maintained house

You can't beat the beachfront location. But it's like the owners want to skimp in every way possible to maintain the house. It's not just the decor, the house need desperately needs a new paint job, there is rust everywhere on the deck (tables, chairs,). The blinds are thin plastic that lets in all the light and barely does the job of blinds. They easily bend and break. The couch was made of fake plastic leather that was peeling. Carpets and bed covers were tired and old with some stains on them. Nothing looked like it was updated in decades. All the pots and pans (with the exception of one) were burnt or scratched. All the utensils were a mix bag - some spoons of the cheap kind with sharp edges. I realize maintaining a house in the beach with the weather is difficult. Renters are hard on property, I understand all that. But this owner does the base minimum and in some incidence less. I own a property that I rent and I would never let my house deteriorate to this level. One positive note, on our last day, the house srpung a leak to the outside of the house. I'm not sure what caused it or what it was from. Thankfully there was no leakage inside the home. I called the owner and he responded right away and had his handyman come immediately.

Our family started to come to the grand strand from 1993,and we fell in love with the area. The beach is great , the fishing is exciting and we kept coming every year since ,even we live over 600 miles away. Some years we came 3 times . In 2000 we decided to buy a house and we find Portofino 4 an excellent place. We love the view even in the winter .

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the convenience of this house, it has all the amenity needed like our year round home. we do not eat out often , so we catch dinner in the morning and cook it fresh in the evening . You do not have to pack a ton of cloth, the washer and dryer are right there in the main floor. With 4 bathrooms in the house ,no one wait his turn for a shower after a long day of fun.
