Garden City Ocean Front Beach House - Ideal para familias

Esta hermosa casa frente al mar en la playa es el lugar de vacaciones perfecto para que las familias y amigos se alejen de todo. Con 5 habitaciones (4 arriba, 1 abajo) y 4 baños (3 arriba, 1 abajo), esta casa puede dormir 14-16 cómodamente (12 en las 5 habitaciones más 2-4 en dos escondites). Gran terraza con espectaculares vistas panorámicas al mar, a pocos pasos de tener los dedos de los pies en la arena. Plano de planta abierto con cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Conexión inalámbrica más televisor de pantalla grande de alta definición en la sala de estar con reproductor de DVD y VCR. Todas las habitaciones tienen sus propios televisores con reproductor de cable y DVD. Esta es una gran casa de playa que ayudará a crear recuerdos que durarán toda la vida.

Great Place

The beach house was really nice and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and the washer and dryer are full size and great. The owner is very easy to work with. Our stay was great.

Enjoyable Stay

Everything was nice and we had an enjoyable stay. We had a problem with our door knob and I called Rich and he had it fixed that day. Great owner and cares about his property and guests.

Family Vacation

We do a family vacation every year with our 6 grown children. We rented this property this year and it was absolutely amazing! The property owner was amazing and kept in touch with us on a regular basis to make sure our stay was everything we needed it to be. We will rent this property again.

This was our first trip to South Carolina and it didnt disappoint! Our family of 11 stayed for a week and we had more than enough room for all of us, including various bedrooms and bathrooms. The dream happened with the walkout to easy beach access and the large deck (half sun, half shade). The location to nearby restaurants and happenings is ideal too, including airport access. To top it all off, there isnt a better VRBO host, than Rich. Don't undersestimate the importance of this. Good communication by the host can make the experience all the better and Rich does it expertly.

All you need for family beach fun

It is a beautiful oceanfront location, close to great restaurants and state parks. The house is furnished for comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owner gave us lots of information about the house and was very responsive when we had a problem with the dishwasher. I highly recommend this beach house for a group of family or friends who want to share a relaxing beach experience.

Perfect, beautiful, easy!

We had a fantastic trip for Thanksgiving. Of course the house is fantastic and the location is unbeatable... My kids LOVED being able to just walk out onto the beach anytime they wanted. And I loved that they could play right there while I enjoyed time on the deck with the adults! But the BEST PART of all was our host! Rich made sure we had everything we needed before we began our travel, he checked on us while we were there, and he even made sure we knew which days were going to be the best weather-wise to enjoy the beach and any other outdoor activities we had planned. The home is well prepared for large groups and if you ever have questions, Rich is just a text or phone call away to make sure everything is smooth. THANK YOU, RICH!

Everything we needed and more

We absolutely loved our stay here, and the owner Rich is top notch. He's possibly the most kind and responsive owner we've ever dealt with, and if we need a house this size in the future, I wouldn't hesitate a moment to book this one again. I've truly never seen a house stocked with more small appliances and different kinds of utensils, even if the knives could use a little sharpening, as with most rentals where guests may not have always taken the best care. It was easy to prepare meals with a gorgeous view of the beach, and the rooms were all very comfortable. The master suite has a fantastic view, and even a table and 2 chairs where you can relax in private. The deck and huge picnic table were perfect for socially distanced lunches, and there was plenty of beach equipment to take down the brand new walkway to enjoy the sand and sun. I'm so pleased that we chose this house, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great place!

We stayed here with our large family and the place was wonderful! There was plenty of room for everybody and It was great to walk right onto the beach from the deck. The owner Rich was awesome and I'd be glad to rent from him again.

Owners are amazing!

Great communication, great location, a perfect family vacation. The only "issue" was with the cleanliness of the house when we first arrived. It almost seemed like the cleaners forgot to clean: (i.e. we swept up a pile of sand, plasticware etc. in just the kitchen area and food wrappers were found under the beds in 1 room.) Other than that - absolutely wonderful!

Family Vacation at the Atlantic Ocean

We were "tickled pink" to be able to stay at this Garden City Beach House. Our family of nine loved the house and the location. The house is well kept, very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our week's stay and would love to visit again another time. The owner was wonderful to work with!

The best house ever!!

Much needed break…

We had a particularly rough year . We all had Covid and it took my husband who had planned this trip. We decided to keep our plans in his honor. The location, the house ,the amenities were all first rate. Rich White was a great host to deal with. We would love to stay there again!
