Villa Bellefleur can be found in the heart of Tuscany within a short drive of the ancient town of Lucca, set in extensive grounds, surrounded by old trees, olive groves and pine forests. The village of Vorno is nearby where you can find a small supermarket and restaurant and the ancient wall town of Lucca is within a short driving distance. Within a short drive you can find a tennis club (2.5km) and a golf course (29km).

The villa offers all the services you would expect from a luxury property including a personal chef (for preparation of breakfast and one meal 6 days a week), a concierge service (on call and on site) and a house cleaning service (6 days a week).

The 1600 square metre villa is composed of a main house which develops over three levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an elegant living room (with comfortable seating), a dining room (with table and seating for 26 people), a laundry (with washing machine and dryer) and a well-equipped kitchen. On this level, you will also find a billiard room, reading room and two bathrooms (with toilet), a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.


On the first floor, there is a large living room with glass chandeliers (with comfortable seating), an elegant studio and six sumptuous bedrooms. Two double bedrooms (with double bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers), three double bedrooms (with double bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with bath and shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be converted into a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the second floor you will find five double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and an attic with a wooden beamed ceiling.

Outside, the villa is set in extensive grounds with a private swimming pool (18m x 8m; depth 1.8m). Next to the pool, you will find a grassed area (with sun loungers and umbrella) and, a fitness room (with treadmill, cardio bike, cross trainer, weight bench, weights, step machine and punch bag). You will also find a large outdoor dining area (with tables and chairs), Private patio, Barbecue and Pizza oven.
