This traditional bright and sunny Edinburgh tenement flat is situated at the top of Easter Road - a neighbourhood full of independent shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and more. A 12 minute walk from Arthur's Seat and even closer to the bottom of Canongate. The flat is bright and spacious with a fully kitted out kitchen, king-size bed and long cosy living room with widescreen TV and office space.
The property benefits from a large bay-windowed living room, a box room/study with storage and a quiet rear-facing bedroom and kitchen-dining room.

Easter Road is a vibrant and sought-after area - full of cafes, independent shops and pubs. For groceries, Scotmid is just across the road, Easter Greens at the top as you turn right up the road and Iceland is in between the two. For alcohol, Top Cellar has a great selection of beers and Cornelius is the place to go for wine. There’s various little coffee shops and deli’s up this way as well as some pubs/bars. Leith Walk is just a short stroll away as well and there are ample restaurants and other convenience shops over there as well.
Looking south, you can see Salisbury Crags, which are next to the famous Arthur’s Seat. Leith Walk runs parallel to Easter Road and similarly has an array of restaurants, shops and pubs to enjoy.
Within 20 minute you can be at the foot of Arthur’s Seat, the top of Calton Hill, or at a cafe or pub on Broughton Street, Leith Walk or down at the Shore.
