¡Bienvenido a Ocean Creek y MM5! Compramos este condominio 3BR / 2BA a fines de septiembre de 2017) y hemos estado ocupados remodelando y remodelando. La vista del océano desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal es simplemente espectacular. La vista excepcional de MM5 fue el factor decisivo en la compra de este condominio.
Nuestro condominio ha sido pintado de arriba a abajo en suaves tonos de gris. Todos los muebles nuevos de la sala de estar (incluyendo un sofá cama doble), muebles de comedor y muebles de balcón + chaise lounge. Nuevo televisor de 55 "en la sala de estar. Hemos instalado hermosos pisos de madera a la deriva en todas las áreas de la sala de estar, los dormitorios y el tocador principal. Nueva baldosa ha sido instalada en el vestíbulo. Nuevo azulejo ha sido instalado en el balcón. Nuestra cocina tiene gabinetes nuevos, encimeras nuevas y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. El dormitorio principal tiene colchones nuevos rey, puertas corredizas de vidrio en el balcón delantero, y baño completo contiguo con sala de polvo y vestidor. El baño principal tiene un nuevo tocador doble con encimera de piedra, nueva iluminación y nuevos espejos. Nuestra habitación de invitados tiene una cama king y TV montada en la pared. La segunda habitación de invitados tiene dos camas gemelas con colchones nuevos y un televisor montado en la pared. El baño completo de la sala es muy espacioso, con una cabina de ducha agradable, un nuevo tocador con encimera de piedra, un espejo nuevo y una nueva iluminación. También estamos comprando ropa de cama y ropa de cama nuevas, y tenemos en inventario la cocina con todas sus necesidades de cocina y comedor. Needs new AC unit

Beautiful and well appointed Condo but the AC does not cool the condo, is old, musty and damp. Do not recommend if anyone in your family has asthma.

We loved it - see you next year

Beautiful and well appointed condo, perfect for our family of four adults and two kids. We love the resort—pools, volleyball, pickleball, and of course the beach and inlet. It is very peaceful, safe and uncrowded compared to downtown MB.

Another great stay!

Ocean Creek is a wonderful place to stay. We feel safe, the views are spectacular but the true gem is Mrs. Cheryl and Kelly and the properties they have to offer. We do not want to be anywhere else. The cleanliness is always top notch and this property was no exception. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy another great property!

Winter get-away at MM5 Ocean Creek

MM5 was very nicely appointed and comfortable for our 2 month stay. No need for any extra towels, dishes etc. The view is fabulous with all day sunshine. Cheryl is available for questions with prompt replies and she makes check-in super easy.

Great location

Condo was beautiful, just as pictured in listing. Perfect location as the beach was much less crowded than the North Myrtle Beach city limits beach just steps away. Very spacious, enough room for our family of 4 plus my parents. Cheryl was quick to reply to a small issue that arose during our stay. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again should we return next year!

Wonderful Stay!

Family trip to the beach was exactly what we needed! Beautiful views and prime location to everything. Cheryl was very responsive and even turned up the temp on the water for us during a check on the water heater. Thanks for making it easy to check in with the mailed packet prior to arrival. We would recommend and will be back soon! :)

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay. Immediate beach access was so convenient with the three kids. No need to haul a wagon around. Great location in regard to restaurants and amenities as well. We ended up across the road at Barefoot landing for dinner a few nights. Our visit was just a week or two before graduation/summer break for school systems, so we beat the crowds on the beach and when going out - I highly recommend trying to stay here just before the school summer season starts or when school is back in.

Great Family Vacation!

Beautiful condo, beautiful view…

We have been to North Myrtle Beach four times now and this condo was definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It seemed like it was recently updated and it was really well done! It was a VERY comfortable and clean unit. The view was absolutely amazing and getting to the beach was just a simple walk across a short boarded walkway. There were no problems accessing the unit when we arrived shortly after midnight. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My wife loved all the extra towels, blankets and even extra fans that were provided. That was a nice touch as we always feel like we have to bring those things when we travel. The only downside which was out of the owner’s control is that temperstures were a little colder than normal and unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance the whole time we were there. However, the nice thing is that the resort is quite large and has other pools that can be utilized during the maintenance period. We didn’t take advantage of that though as the other pool close by in lodge 2 seemed to always be fairly busy. My one (small) suggestion would be to have a map maybe of the resort so that renters knew where different things were located (such as the restaurant, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts) and how to access those things, as well as the storage unit where the beach items were being kept. We ended up asking a maintenance person who was very friendly. But we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Exactly what we were looking for!

After reviewing several different options for the same resort and dates, we chose this property. The property owners were prompt with responses. Since we arrived after normal check in, they arrange for parking passes to be at the front gate and sent us an email with all the information needed to gain quick entry into the unit. Fortunately, while we were there, we didn’t need to address any needs or issues that affected our stay. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the unit and had everything we needed except for a crock pot which we brought with us anyway, I think the property owners are going to add one of those. There were several sets of towels provided, and although they don’t have linen service, there is a washer and dryer there so we were all able to do our laundry before we returned home. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was tastefully, decorated and clean. The views were great, and we were just a few minutes from Tanger outlet and across from Barefoot Landing. We are definitely looking at possibly staying here again next year!

Will come back

Nice unit, had all the things you needed. Beds slept well, which is a BIG PLUS!! The location of the unit with the view was great! Very peaceful and quiet on our side. We will be back to visit again. It was great being able to use the lockers while there, not bring all the sand back upstairs to the unit, was a big help!

another great South Tower visit

Ocean Creek is the only resort I have ever stayed on the Grand Strand. Its a special spot and the South Tower is our favorite. This condo offers a gorgeous view overlooking the ocean, the creek and Briarcliffe - so quiet and peaceful. The condo furnishings are top notch and very comfortable. Working with Cheryl is so easy - thank you for another great vacation!

Family vacation.. beautiful condo. Kitchen appliances and utensils..l Awesome big washer and dryer. Just a few issues.. need a curtain in twin bedroom Shower stall.. very small. ( consider second tub/shower. Otherwise.. one of the best vacations ever!

Slice of heaven!

My family always enjoys Ocean Creek and working with Cheryl! This was our 6th visit to the South Tower, first within MM5 and we loved it. Very clean, spacious, plenty of cookware, glassware, and dishes. Frig is roomy and freezer gave us plenty space to store bags of ice. Perfect family room with large TV (we couldn’t get WIFI connected for streaming) - we watched cable but mostly played games in the evenings. Sectional couch roomy for all and cozy. Bed linens and beds - awesome. Balcony furniture was perfect and the view is just what everyone needs to relax and retreat from day to day stress. This trip we rented bikes from Trailblazer Adventure, highly recommend. Was great to ride through Briarcliff community and on beach. Trailblazer offered free drop off and pick up for 3 days or more. Bike racks in lower garage level made for easy storage. Be certain to check restrictions for beach for riding bikes as well as shade items- we were stunned our cabanas with side flaps for sand filling weren’t allowed yet the patrolman said we could use as long as flaps were up yet technically because the umbrella portion was square and not round that was also an issue (kind of crazy since the sandbags make it more secure). Also they are stringent regarding pop up type tents for little ones - we felt bad for families who were forced to lose that protection for their littles. We also took advantage of Walmart down the street for grocery pick up- convenient to order online and just drive up. Less time spent shopping, more time on beach. If something is unavailable- quick run to Food Lion always does the trick! Already making plans for next year!

This is a wonderful condo and location for a family vacation. The tower being on the beach, having close pool access and Barefoot landing across the street makes this an ideal vacation spot.

Ocean Creek never disappoints

I absolutely love the resort. We have been staying here for the past 8 years in north tower. This time we chose condo in south tower. Check in process was seamless as there was no time to mail my packet. The condo was great, clean and as advertised. All of the necessary kitchen items were present and the chairs and items in beach locker were nice if we needed to use. I will definitely book this rental again.
