Welcome to NN9 located in the South Tower on the 9th floor in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security. Paradise awaits you in this premier condo.

The coveted southern view from NN9 is simply outstanding!

Our 3BR/3BA condo has been professionally remodeled and redecorated from top to bottom with all high end finishes. Our condo is decorated in beautiful shades of turquoise and yellow throughout. We have light hickory hardwood flooring in all living areas and large, ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. All new furniture, artwork, and bedding. The owners have done an amazing job on this condo. You may never want to go home!

The gourmet kitchen has lovely Fiestaware dishes, new cabinets, luxury, expanded granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a turquoise subway tile backsplash!

Dining area seats 6 + 2 at the bar.

The oceanfront master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet and remodeled ensuite bath with double vanity sinks. Sliding glass doors open to the large southern view balcony.

Guest bedroom #1 has two double beds with new Sealy mattresses (2023), TV, and full ensuite, remodeled bath. Guest Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV, and full ensuite bath.

Living room has a sleeper sofa. Washer/Dryer in the hall. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking.

Beach Locker #9 is located in the Owner Storage Room in the lower level garage. Locker contents are not inventoried as contents change due to guests leaving items and other items being tossed due to rust and breakage. Please feel free to share whatever is in the locker and to store your beach gear during your stay.

Monthly rentals available October to March-No tax on rentals over 90 days

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.

Another week in paradise

We have been traveling to MB for over 30 years and for the past ten years have been Cheryl and the Paradise Found team. They are very easy to work with and always respond if there is any issue. The unit was extremely clean upon or arrival and did not disappoint.

Property was very nicely appointed and very roomy. Pretty clean too. It would have been nice if the owner had a vacuum and a broom and dust pan available to use to keep it clean through the stay. We would stay here again.

This property is top shelf. I’m a former homeowner in this tower and like the owners of NN9, I too did a complete renovation of my units so I’ve a true understanding of the cost and labor of love they put in their 2nd home! The condition is immaculate, the decor is inviting and comfortable, and the kitchen is incredibly well appointed with high end cooking utensils and dish wear. Appliances are also new and more than adequate for large families. The management group was very responsive and made it super easy from start to departure. Trust we will return!

Absolutely fantastic

Everything was very clean well kept able to get in on time. Great location and Cheryl.Is absolutely the best. The only additional suggestion I would have is that there is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom like all the rest.

Great 3 bed 3 bath condo. View from balcony was great. South view so the large buildings to the north were obscured. Bedroom were nice size. Beach locker great for the sandy stuff.

South Tower NN9

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. The unit has a very private/quiet placement with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen is one of the largest in either tower and the unit is ideal for families with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. One bedroom has two full sized beds which is ideal for couples with smaller children.

We love coming to Ocean Creek south tower. Our condo this year had such an amazingly beautiful, peaceful view of the ocean. It was well equipped, clean and had a bright beach decor. We will be counting the days for our vacation here next year.

Enjoyable Stay

We have stayed in this condo for 3-years and truly love that it is at the end of the row, so nice and quite. The pale yellow interior is welcoming and pleasant. The view over the ocean as well as the private community is very relaxing.

Great condo

This is our second year renting this beautiful condo. The sunsets are gorgeous and the balcony overlooks the beach. The unit has everything you could possible need for a comfortable stay. When entering you can see, it is well taken care of and that the host makes sure it is extremely clean and everything is working. We will be going back next year to enjoy it once again.

Great vacation spot

Our vacation was wonderful and the experience with VRBO and Cheryl was outstanding. The condo is as advertised and very roomy. We had everything we needed and the entire process from beginning to end was flawless. The view from the balcony in the evenings is fantastic! We even enjoyed the short time Elsa blew through Myrtle. A new experience for all of us. About 12 hours worth of wind and rain and we were back out after noon. The only negative was the TV cable. Just couldn't get it to work properly. Maybe it is too smart for us but on vacation it needs to be simple. Didn't ruin our experience but it would have been nice to have at times.

Unreasonable Checkout

Overall the condo was nice and we love Ocean Creek. We have been coming for 30+ years and will no doubt be back. Though we will not stay here again, I found that Cheryl was extremely unreasonable in her demands we be out by 10am on the day we were to check out. Although the policy stated that 10 was check out time, there was no one scheduled to check into our place until the following day and allowing us to leave at 11am just wasn’t possible. I found it very unprofessional and frankly she had an attitude that made me feel like she didn’t care, despite the fact I was paying close to $300 per night.

Great view and Comfortable rooms

This was our 2nd time to rent this condo for a girls weekend. Can’t beat the view and love having separate baths for each bedroom. Indoor heated pool and hot tub were fabulous

Paradise Indeed

Property is very clean and the decor is lovely with plenty of room for 8-10 people. Parking spots always readily available. Clear and easy instructions to gain access to the property and condo itself. Being in close proximity to Bare Foot Landing, Tanger Outlets and many great restaurants and grocery stores is a great benefit of this property. There is a stoplight right off Hwy 17 so makes it easy to get to the property. The beach location offers a section which isn't as heavily populated and serene but there is option to be closer to larger group of beach goers from nearby hotels/other condos. Truly a great value and a slice of paradise indeed!!! We'll certainly return!!!
