- Parking: The flat comes with an allocated parking space at the back of the building, and a parking permit can be provided if requested in advance. Plenty of free street parking is also available nearby, making it easy for guests with cars.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Moving or rearranging furniture is not permitted – penalty £100
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
