The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils for easy self-catering. A washing machine adds to the convenience of longer or shorter stays. An oak staircase leads upstairs to a tranquil bedroom with a king-size double bed, creating a calm and restful retreat. Also on this level is a modern bathroom with shower, finished to a high standard.

A beautiful riverside walk along the River Lim Path leads directly into Lyme Regis town and the famous Jurassic Coastline. A local village pub and an Esso garage with village shop are just a 10-minute walk away, offering fresh bread, groceries, wines, newspapers and beer. Nearby are Uplyme village tennis courts, Lyme Regis golf course, and wonderful coastal and countryside walks. Bridport, West Bay, Honiton and stunning Jurassic Coast beaches are all within easy reach, with Exeter around 45 minutes away by car or train from Axminster station (4 miles).
