• No parties allowed
• The booking and payment of pool heating must be made in advance to ensure availability and proper temperature adjustment, and must be for a minimum of 7 days.
• Pets allowed up to 10 kg (10€/day)
• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)
• Check-out is at 11 AM.
• Late check-out:
• From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 100€.
• After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.


✧ RATES ✧

• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this property.

• Please note that our property does not accommodate individuals or groups under the age of 30. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests.

• Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation.

• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)


✧ PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES ✧

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 500
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the property: € 400.00
• The guest must comply with the house rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
