This was our first stay with VRBO, so we went in blind. A few things we wished we knew before we stayed here:Private access to a Hot Tub was on the list of amenities. When I reached out to the agent, they removed it from the listing with no communication until I followed up stating I had taken a screenshot. Why it was on the list from the beginning when there was no dedicated spot on-site for it? That and the promise of parking space including a garage was false advertising. The garage is not available for guests. We were also told there would be room for RV parking. There were no RV hookups, but there was a RV park nearby a quick drive down the road. One of our guests changed their mind regarding bringing their RV at the last minute and we're glad they did. A few other things that mislead us - the "fully stocked kitchen" does not include hot pads. There are also no scrubbing/cleaning brushes. The sun is only blocked by a few blinds, but you will be blinded trying to wash dishes during dinner time. The ninja blender did not have a blade. Having a toaster and one of the griddles plugged into the kitchen at the same time tripped the breaker, which was unreachable behind a locked door. Reaching out to the agent, he was able to provide a code to unlock the locked door containing the breaker box within a reasonable time.
