This home will be your Final Destination! Gather with Friends and Family in this brand new cozy vacation home in the Bear Lake Valley. Bear Lake is also known as the "Caribbean of the Rockies". In this spacious home you can sleep and feed 24 comfortably with the many beds and fully stocked kitchen. Located just minutes away from many activities like boating, hangin' on the beach, golfing, hiking, ATV/UTV riding, mountain biking, snowmobiling, skiing, hunting and fishing. The paved bike trail that accesses all the town has to offer is right outside this property. You will also be walking distance to "Pickleville Playhouse Theatre" where you can catch a melodrama or another live show that is playing. You will have access to a private beach which includes a grassy picnic area, sand volleyball courts, pickleball courts, swimming pool and other miscellaneous amenities. Once you are done with all your all activities you can cook or Bar-B-Q at home using the fully stocked kitchen and provided Bar-B-Q grill, or you can go to the local hamburger joints known for their famous raspberry shakes. There are also great hometown pizza places and several other restaurants to try. Once you are done with all of your days activities you can relax and soak in the big 8 man hot tub. One of the favorite things to do is just relax and enjoy the serenity.

Our stay was just ok. The dishwasher was broken, hot tub was not working and there was trash around the hot tub. No dishwasher soap, no soap in showers. Bunk beds squeaky!! Nice 4 bathrooms and roomy.

I am sorry that your stay was just ok. We strive to make the stay something that you will remember with happy thoughts. I did warn you about the dishwasher and that I wouldn't have time to fix it before your stay. I only found out about it not working a few days before your stay. It is fixed now and I wish it would have been working during your stay. I don't know what happened to the hot tub. The chemicals were checked 3 days before you arrived and everything was perfect. The trash around the hot tub should have been cleaned up and I apologize for that also. I will instruct those in charge of that to make sure they are more vigelant in checking everything before they leave. The dishwashing soap was under the sink. I personally came in after you left and there was soap under there. The soap, shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom are on the counter in each bathroom. We don't put it in the shower. Maybe we should put one in the shower and the other one on the counter in order to stop the confusion. Thanks for the input, I will change our policy for that. Thanks for letting me know about the bunkbeds being squeaky. I will tighten then all up so they don't squeak. I am sorry that your stay was just ok. I will take everything you said into consideration and see what I can do to make others that stay here more enjoyable than yours.

Awesome house for our group of 11. Something to do for everyone. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Access to the resort was great as well. We loved being close to bike rentals and ice cream. This is a must stay for families

Bear Lake Getaway

We loved our stay at this home. The kitchen was so spacious and easy for a lot of people to maneuver in. Not having to eat in shifts was such a big bonus - plenty of eating areas. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything we needed we found. The house itself was roomy and spacious. The space was well planned. Of course, the hot tub was a big hit. One of my favorite aspects (I know it's trivial,) but it was so nice not having to use industrial sandpaper-like toilet paper. It's these kinds of little things that make for a great stay. And ours was definitely a great stay. We would consider renting this place again.

Family Fun at Bear Lake

Plenty of sleeping space for all family, adults & littles. Play area for children, even the rocks in front of the porch my grandchildren loved digging. They just added a hot tub and the swimming pool is coming. The pass to Ideal Beach Resort was amazing. Kitchen was HUGE, spacious and easily accessible for buffet style eating I communicated with Blake several times with silly questions and he was gracious and responded immediately!! We hope to go back!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We were very pleased with our stay here! The house was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for a big group. The kitchen was fully stocked so making and serving meals from home was easy. Bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels for everyone. The kids loved the toys/books and kid play area. Especially the ping pong table in the garage! Individual TV’s in each room was a really nice amenity to have. Our stay was very comfortable and everyone commented how nice it was! Location was also great and being able to go to Ideal Beach was a fun added bonus to our trip. Highly recommend this home to any bigger groups.

The Ideal Location for Making Memories

This property was everything that is stated in the description and more. Plenty of room for our group of 16 (10 adults and 6 children.) Comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen, ample gathering areas and entertainment for our kids. Located just around the corner from the Pickleville Playhouse, Firefly Bike Rentals and Shakes. This is a very new development, right across from the farm fields and mountains, which provided a beautiful backdrop to wildlife sightings. The pass to Ideal Beach was a terrific addition to the stay. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy family fun at Bear Lake!

Perfect!

We had 24 stay and there was plenty of space and extra for all of us! Every one fit and slept comfortably! There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen was well stocked! The kitchen was perfect!!! everyone fit in the same room to eat meals together! The pass to get into ideal beach was awesome! We were close to the main strip for nightly shake runs. The house was clean! The owners were easy to contact! It was exactly what we needed! Will stay again!

Perfect large gathering space for family

This is a beautiful, spacious home. Our extended family had a great time here. The kitchen was amazing! The table seats 16 adults comfortably, and the bars seat 12. We could all eat and play games together. And the pantry was huge so we could all organize our food. Plenty of beds for our group of 24. We loved all the extra chairs available in the family room closet. And the pass to ideal beach was awesome! So much to do down there. Blake was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would recommend this home to others.

Awesome home!!

The house was beautiful. The yard was not finished and the hot tub was not connected, but overall it was great. My one complaint would be the pots and pans. I know this seems petty, but you are renting a home for large groups (lots of beds, two large dining tables) , but you only had two small frying pans. How do you cook a meal for several people in two small pans? We made it work and enjoyed our stay, but this is something that might frustrate others. 🙂

Practically Perfect!

Check in was seamless - It's a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for our teenagers to hang out. The four girls loved the large bunk room and created their own 'kingdom'. Each couple had their own really comfortable bed and access to very nice bathrooms. There's a great room downstairs for movie nights and a clean, easily accessable hot tub. Kitchen was really well stocked with lots of space for food prep and serving meals to our group of 13. We loved the large table. It was constantly in use when we were 'home'. It served as a great gaming table - sometimes two different games were going at the same time. The ping pong table was constantly in use and was a great replacement for screen time!Property location was perfect with access to Ideal Beach. We rented a pontoon boat and a side-by-side at nearby rentals and had more than enough to do during the day. It's just a short walk to the Pickleville Playhouse where we saw an incredibly well-done version of "Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat". Kids sang the songs all weekend. No problem finding raspberry shakes, burgers and pizza just a short drive down the road - much to the delight of our bunch. The host was readily accessible and easy to work with.Beautiful Home, Incredible Location and helpful Host - a real Win-Win.

Good with a few hickups

Overall, our stay was good. There was lots of room for all of us. Having access to Ideal Beach was great. The paddleboards were a nice bonus to have at the beach as well. Blake was quick to respond to inquiries. Here are the issues. The house was not cleaned when we checked in. There were still piles of linens on the floor that needed to be cleaned. We did contact the owner and the cleaners were able to come out quickly and remedy the issue. Blake offered to pay for our dinner one day, but we had our meals planned already. He then offered to discount our cleaning feel, but I never received that. Some of the towels also smelled of cigarette smoke. Like they were laundered with other smoke-covered items. The layout of the house was okay. We had a bunch of young kids that took over the basement. That left the adults to socialize upstairs in the kitchen. For those that were older, it was uncomfortable for them. Also, the upstairs is all LVP, so it's VERY LOUD. If anyone tries to go to bed early upstairs they will have a very hard time. The hot tub was not hooked up when stayed at the end of the summer. I don't know if it was late arriving, but if it wasn't available yet, it should not have been included in the amenities.
