Wonderful stay in the Hamptons

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space, clean, well-furnished and a great location. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Loved using the infrared sauna in the pool house.

Incredible property in heart of Southampton

We loved staying at this property! It is a brand new renovation that is very comfortable with all the essential Hamptons amenities...hot tub, pool, sauna. In addition, the hosts were incredibly easy to work with. We'd absolutely stay again!

Wonderful girls weekend location

My girlfriend and I booked this house for a weekend getaway we had recently. It was the perfect size with plenty of space for relaxing and sleeping. 10 minutes away from downtown Southampton was also a massive plus. We definitely book this location again!

Wonderful stay in the Hamptons

We enjoyed our stay on the property. The listing was exactly as advertised, and very spacious for us and our guests, Our kids loved the pool and there was plenty of bathrooms for all to use. Josh was a great host who was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks again.

The best stay in Southampton!

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it exceeded our expectations in every way! Our host was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and helpful every step of the way! The house itself was clean, spacious and simply gorgeous! The location is also perfectly situation between everything you’d want, but with amenities like this house, you truly don’t even need to leave! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Southampton home

Our extended family booked this home for a wedding weekend. It was simply perfect! We all felt right at home. We were so busy with wedding festivities that I didn’t fully get to enjoy the pool and hot tub but those who did had a great time! Plenty of room and a very comfortable place to stay!

Perfect southampton house

This was the perfect house for my family’s weekend getaway in Southampton. The location was great- close to vineyards and restaurants. The house was clean, spacious and child-friendly. It had everything we needed for the kids including cribs, a high chair and a small kids table. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend staying at this property!

FABULOUS

Gathered with 10 cousins. House was perfect. Very clean and as advertised. Was so nice that there were 5 king beds. Nice hangout space and we enjoyed the hot tub one evening. Great location. Josh was so easy to work with! Answered two questions we had about turning on the fireplace and sonos immediately after I contacted him. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Girls weekend

Josh was an amazing host!! The property was to die for!! So many great memories mad? We can’t wait to go back in the summer!! You had the away in the woods feel but still being closed to little mom and pops stores and location winery’s and restaurants! We would without a doubt will highly recommend bring the whole family and enjoying a restful time away!

Amazing Getaway

We had a great relaxing time. The property was beautiful, inside and out. Spacious comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms, all very clean. Great main floor area for friends and family to cook and relax together. Outside area was equally as beautiful, from arriving to see a family of deer walking to serene lighting when it gets dark. All in all a great time and a great property. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning. Thank you.

Golfing Shinnecock and East Hampton Golf Clubs

We thoroughly enjoyed the property! The 3 bedrooms upstairs each had a king size bed and it’s own bathroom and shower! The pool house had another king size bed and full bath and a sauna! The house was definitely remodeled and upgraded recently and new appliances and fixtures were top quality. It was a very comfortable place to stay. It was also nice that it’s off the main traffic areas and we were able to avoid much of the traffic on Route 27. This was the first time that I’ve leased through VRBO and was extremely pleased with the ease of renting and coordination with property owner. Josh was great to deal with. We liked the place so much that we’re thinking of going back again next year.

We stayed for a long weekend at this lovely, comfortable home. There were 7 adults (3 couples and one single) and 2 small children. The house was perfect for our family. Each bedroom has a king bed, very comfortable, and a private full bathroom. There is a full bath on the main floor as well. The guest house has a king bed, bathroom and sauna. A nice place to retreat to for some quiet time. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware etc. Well stocked kitchen made cooking easy and enjoyable. Communication with the owner was great. Texts and calls were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect House for a Group

We had such an amazing time at this property! It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we were looking for and more. It was also nice that everyone in our group had their own on suite bathroom, perfect for a group. The hosts were so helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay, wish we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be back!

Lovely stay for our family

We had a really nice time staying at this lovely home. Josh is a very communicative and responsive host, and he took care of any issues right away. We have two young kids, and they loved the pool, the swing/slide set, and the backyard. Our nanny was very comfortable in the pool/guest house. Overall we had a great time!

Excellent Home!

Our family enjoyed our time staying at this Southampton gem. The rooms were well proportioned with very comfortable beds. A lot of thought and care went into the design of the spaces both architecturally and aesthetically in the decor that came across more beautiful in person than in the photos online. When we found that the home lacked a hair dryer and crib sheets, the host had them delivered the next day. Overall, we loved the hot tub, pool time and the ability to visit Sag Harbor, Southampton and East Hampton easily from this primely located home. Thank you to the hosts for accommodating our large group and the little ones so graciously and safely together.

Great Family Time

The property was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. we enjoyed plenty of pool time and 2 barbeques. The pool house with sauna was a special treat!

An Excellent Home

I am happy to report that the house was exactly as represented. It was delivered to us in spotless fashion. The owner was gracious, left a sweet welcome note with some Hampton's coffee and Tate's cookies and left clear instructions for all systems. I highly recommend this house.

Paradise in the Hamptons!

An amazing stay with the family and in-laws! Where else can you find a Hamptons new construction home for under $2,000 night? What a deal! This house has it all with every bedroom feeling like a luxury hotel suite. The guest house was amazing for our in laws. The backyard was the perfect size with high end lighting and landscaping. The host is super responsive and clearly knows the hotel service industry. Can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely stay with kids

We rented this home for 2 weeks with our 3 little kids. Everyone had a great time! The kids absolutely loved the pool, yard, playset, and “movie theater” in the basement. The bedrooms are all clean and the beds quite comfortable! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so staying for an extended period was comfortable and easy. The gorgeously decorated pool house might be the best part! Location is north of the highway but getting anywhere was a breeze. Less than 10 minutes to town. All in all - a great stay!

Amazing Trip

My family and I always wanted to rent a home in the Hamptons. After researching for a while we found this house and contacted Josh right away. Josh was so easy to deal with, and very responsive. He was filled with information that guided us right to our decision of renting this home for our week stay. The home is brand new and located in the most perfect area of Southampton. Quiet, private, yet so close to town and about 10 minutes from the beach. Not only is it so close to Southampton town, but is also close to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Water Mill, and even Shelter Island. The living area was perfect for cooking and entertaining as well as for sleeping; comfortable and clean. The home is beautifully decorated. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with a great property and location!

Our family and friends had a fantastic overall experience with our visit. The owner was great to work with. He is very responsive, easy to communicate with, is detailed with information and even provided a few local recommendations. The home is brand new, decorated beautifully and sits on a great piece of property. It's quiet, away from traffic and still in close proximity to town, beaches and stores. The pool and the backyard are fun for adults and kids, and the living and sleeping setup was very comfortable for multiple families. We highly recommend the property and had an excellent experience from initial booking thru our stay to check out.
