On the first floor is the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, and a complete set of kitchen utensils.

Guest Access
A security deposit of €2,000.00 per week is required, €5,000.00 per month, to be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the end of your stay, following an inspection of the villa.
