Large windows in the living and dining area, as well as both bedrooms, provide views of Tram 28 passing through São Bento, a distinctive Lisbon experience rarely available from within a private residence.
The layout balances open living with functional separation, ensuring comfort for both leisure and remote work.

- Second bedroom with 2 single beds (80 × 190 cm)

In line with Portuguese regulations, we are required to collect guest identification details or a signed rental agreement prior to arrival. This is a standard and secure process and helps ensure a seamless check-in experience.
