Good to Know:
The apartment does not have air conditioning. Thanks to its good sun exposure and the large terrace, guests often highlight the natural ventilation, especially in the late afternoon and evening. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, ideal for restful and comfortable stays.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the private terrace, ensuring full privacy throughout the stay.

The building has an elevator, providing easy access to the apartment. Detailed check-in instructions will be shared before arrival for a smooth and independent entry. We remain available should you need any assistance before or during your stay.

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The apartment is located in Monte Estoril, one of Cascais’ most valued and tranquil residential areas, with easy access to the coast and to Casa da Guia, around a 15-minute drive away — a well-known seaside spot with cafés, restaurants and ocean views.

This is a calm, safe and well-kept neighborhood, ideal for guests who prefer to stay away from the busiest tourist areas while still enjoying good access to beaches, Cascais town center and essential services. Supermarket, local restaurants, public transport and daily conveniences are within short walking distance.

While public transport is available, due to the distance and required connections, a car is recommended, especially for families, groups or guests traveling with luggage. Free street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to availability.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
