Alfama 4 es una segunda planta, sin ascensor, de una finca antigua completamente rehabilitada.
La reforma ha sido profunda y muy cuidada, recuperando materiales antiguos; sobresalen ahora la nobleza de las maderas antiguas y elementos en piedra y en hierro que confieren aún más personalidad al apartamento. La decoración es sobria en un estilo rustico moderno, con la mayor parte de las funcionalidades de un piso reciente.
Alfama 4 puede acomodar con absoluta comodidad hasta 6 personas. está compuesto de un amplio espacio abierto desde el gran salón, con un espacio para comedor, hasta la moderna y muy bien equipada cocina.
Existen en el piso 3 dormitorios: una suite, con baño privado y cama doble de dos colchones; un segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y un tercero con una litera de dos camas individuales.
Completa el apartamento un segundo baño completo y un largo balcón.

Alfama 4 es ideal para familias numerosas o grupos de amigos que desean un piso de calidad y muy espacioso en el barrio más pintoresco de Lisboa.

This is the perfect location to explore all that Lisbon has to offer!The five of us were very comfortable here.The host was excellent. Rui showed us the apartment and all the amenities. Communication with Rui was perfect. *Download What's App for Europe*Then train station and metro are so close, giving you ample options for exploring outside of the city as well.There is a grocery and bakery inside the station which is very convenient.So many restaurants, museums and Fado within walking distance. Also, the cruise port is about 2 blocks away. You can see the ships from the balcony of the apartment.Stay here, enjoy Lisbon and relax.

Very responsive host, easy check in. Great location - but hard to keep the windows open at night since the noise from the street comes right in. But there are lots of fans to keep the apartment cool

The host was very communicative and provided all necessary information to find the property and properly check-in/out. There was a map and additional recommendations on the table when we arrived, and the apartment was clean and organized. We were able to check in early and get settled. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, with cafés all around, within a 5 minute walk. The flea market is close by, and the neighborhood/neighbors were quiet and felt safe. Would absolutely return and stay in this space!

A spacious and charming apartment with plenty of room for four adults. The hosts were wonderfully attentive and really made us feel at home. The location was good, close enough to most things. There are quite a few stairs to reach the door, but it was well worth it once inside. We happened to visit during a heat wave, so it was warmer than usual, but overall it was a delightful stay.

Second floor means 3rd floor for Canadians, so some great aerobic exercise right there. The apartment is beautiful. The location allowed us to easily visit the Fado Museum and attend a Fado restaurant performance. There is a barrier post on the end of the street that your Bolt or Uber cannot drive past. But for a cab or other authorized car it lowers into the ground.

Belle appartement à Lisbonne

Nous avons passé deux nuits à Lisbonne.L’accueil a été impeccable. Mario ou Rui répondaient à mes messages WhatsApp en moins de cinq minutes.L’appartement est spacieux, propre, avec une cuisine moderne bien équipée.En famille de cinq, les deux salles de bains sont un vrai atout.Les grandes fenêtres étaient magnifiques Petit bémol :L’appartement est situé dans le quartier historique touristique, entouré de restaurants et de bars. Attendez-vous à du bruit:) c’est un cartier animé!

We just had an amazing stay in Lisbon, this rental was perfect for our family with four daughters. Wonderful location in the city and owners were so responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Nicest European city apartment we’ve stayed in.

Great city base

Well equipped and very well positioned. Lots to see and do nearby, walking distance to most things. Easy to grab an Uber from the square at the end of the street; but very limited through-traffic on the street of the apartment itself which makes it very safe and quiet.

A holiday week with kids

Location of the property is superb in Alfama. Public transportation is nearby (buses, metro and train) not to mention local alleys and streets for strolling around by foot. Flat is beautiful and peaceful, located in very old building. Small mercados nearby on the same street. A bit bigger grocery store at Santa Apolonia train station. Everything was like what one can expect to have based on accommodation description. Communication worked very well with the landlord. Any open question was answered during the same day. Highly recommended for any Lisbon visitors.

Lovely stay in Alfama

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. This was our second time staying in Alfama so we were very familiar with everything in the area. It really felt like home! The area is amazing in terms of food options - just stepping out of the building you have so many options. The nearest supermarket is at the train station , which is a 5 mins walk. The apartment itself was great with enough room for all 5 of us. There is no AC but even in Joy we didn’t really feel like we needed it as the nights were cool and comfortable even with the windows closed. Finally, upon our arrival we were met by Rui and he was very accommodating as our arrival time was not precise due to traffic.

Location and size of the apartment.

The large apartment gave us, 2 couples, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is very modern and had everything we needed to cook, which we didn't because of all the wonderful restaurants close by. Location is great. Very nice place to stay in Lisbon.

Super appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est spacieux et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il est dans une rue calme. Mario et Rui sont des personnes très réactives. Je recommande et y retournerai.

Living in Lisbon

As a 3 generation family we all enjoyed the space available with this apartment. The location was wonderful too. The only suggestion I might make is the need for a handrail for the stairs.

Eine wirklich perfekte Wohnung!

Diese Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Sauber, geräumig, lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und zeigt keine großen Abnützungserscheinungen. Wir waren zu sechst hier und sind uns nie auf die Zehen getreten. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und für alle Fragen immer erreichbar. Diese Wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful flat, perfect location - possibility of smelly bathroom

Overall this rental was amazing: Communication was constant and easy - we had someone meet us at the flat to show us around and answer questions. The living/dining area was comfortable, spacious, light and I loved the multiple big doors and windows that opened onto the balcony. The newly reno'ed kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were an awesome size and we all slept well on good mattresses and good quality sheets. Everyone had loads of great hanging and storage room for clothes. The location was close to the Alfama district, so we could walk everywhere. It was also great to be able to tell taxi drivers to go to the Museu do Fado (well known landmark) and be just a few steps away from our flat. Right outside the door are two excellent restaurants. The flat also felt very safe, with a locked front door as well as the door to our flat. The ONLY reason I'm taking away one star is because of the ensuite bathroom smell. The first night there, I wasn't able to sleep in the primary bedroom because of the smell of sewage coming from the ensuite. The next day they sent someone to take care of it, and it was so much better. I hugely appreciated the housekeeping staff coming by to look after this for us on a Sunday. We were told that this is a seasonal tidal thing and beyond their control.

Mario, the PM,/Owner, was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. He was very accommodating, allowing for early check-in, and helping to secure an airport ride service. The apartment is located in a nice area, with lots of nice little shops, restaurants, etc. There is no elevator, and lot of steep/tight stairs, so be prepared for this. One of us that stayed here uses a cane, so it was a bit of a challenge, but we got by pretty well. Overall I would highly recommend this place and would certainly stay here again in the future.
