Casa Santi is a modern three-room apartment designed for togetherness without sacrificing privacy:



• The apartment features one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two bunk beds. The living area includes a double sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the home.

• Covered & Furnished Terrace: The true heart of the house. A protected loggia where you can dine outdoors while enjoying views of the garden and a glimpse of the lake.

• Exclusive Swimming Pool: Set in an incomparable setting, the residence pool is the perfect place to unwind after a day of sports or at the beach.

Residence Amenities



Swimming Pool: You will have access to the beautiful shared swimming pool, surrounded by breathtaking scenery between lake and mountains — a true oasis of relaxation just a few meters from your apartment. The pool is open seasonally, usually from early June to late September. Please feel free to contact us for updated opening dates. The water is not heated and there is no lifeguard service.

For everyone’s safety, please follow the rules displayed by the pool.

Parking: A private garage is available for one car. If you are traveling with additional vehicles, free public parking spaces are available on the street outside the residence.
