The apartment comfortably sleeps up to two guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and a ceramic hob.



We also provide complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper for your convenience.



Enjoy a cosy two-seater dining nook by the window-perfect for sharing a meal with a friend or a special someone. This area also doubles as an excellent workspace for guests travelling on business.



BEDROOMS

This studio-style apartment features a luxurious king-size bed with blackout blinds for a restful sleep. A stylish wardrobe offers ample storage space.



BATHROOMS

There is one full bathroom featuring a modern rainfall shower. We provide bath towels and hand towels, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.

The living area includes a Smart TV with Sky Cable and Netflix access for your entertainment.

The property is located in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter, within walking distance of the city’s best bars, restaurants, and retail areas. A public car park is conveniently located at Oldham Street, M4 5AA - charges may apply.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Prime Deansgate and Castlefield. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park located at Bridgewater Street - charges may apply.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.

This property is in a city centre location, inside a multi-dwelling building with other occupiers. There is the potential for noise expected in city, as well as noise from other occupiers of the building.



This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
