The villa has three bedrooms: a suite with double bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. It includes a suite bathroom, an additional bathroom with shower, and a laundry area next to the oven equipped with washing and drying machines.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, creating a harmonious space for socializing. The exterior is a standout feature, with a pool, BBQ, private parking, and a leisure area, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking sea views.

Surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, the villa provides incredible sea and horizon views, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking rest, luxury, and contact with nature, without giving up proximity to the village and essential services.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santana. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
